Pourquoi ne pas faire comme vos concourants des dépôts dans quelques pays européens vous y gagnerez du temps et sans doute de l'argent car pour nous Européens nous savons tous que la Chine est un pays éloigné et que le transport par bateau ou par avion est cher.
Been using LITB for about a month and have been pleasantly surprised at the goods. Was a bit dubious at first being online shopping, but I cannot fault what I have purchased so far
I ordered two items that were shipped to my old adress eventhough I included my current address in the shipping information section. I have been trying to get the order sent to the right location and customer services says that I need to pay for shipping again and pay for half of the cost for the merchandise once more. Unreal. Terrible experinece. I can't recommend them ever.

Took it to hairdressers to be styled as it was not as the picture. Hairdresser was impressed and styled it for free. A little thicker but I will have to get use to that.
Cheap clothing, sizes are way off, and the return system is beyond imagination, in a bad way. Their site and a bunch of their phony reviews might say different, but do not believe it! They told me I had to have all original packaging and tags and the receipt. I did not get a receipt nor did I get tags so good buy to that idea. O yes they have the quick refund deal too, I keep the items that are garbage to me and they will refund me 30% of what I spent. Do not waste your money folks. Amazon and others are way more credible. My proof of purchase is in the pictures. Please do not include my name, address or any personal info. Thank you

My experience with LightInTheBox has been very good. All of the items I have received from LightInTheBox have been as described in the app. They what I expected. When I had a problem with my last shipment, which was not LightInTheBox's fault they resolved the problem and my order arrived the next day.
The bedspread on the sofa was very nice to me and came in color.( muted orange, not as bright as in the picture) Super! ( The delivery is fast. Thanks

Delighted with service. However, Postal delay is not so good. Somewhere along the way packages are being held up. I often wait more than 5 weeks for delivery. Also ACS does not bother to deliver to the front door and I have to collect from the ACS office.

Answer: Suggest not to buy. Might end up not receiving the order or received the wrong size and would be returning and paying shipping or requesting a refund or not receiving a refund at all. There's more legit company like Amazon where I bought the same one I ordered from Lightinabox, which I did not received. Sorry, but I would not trust this Co for anything. Answer: Count yourself lucky and DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! You will be disappointed in the clothing and size from this company. All of the clothing I received was horrible quality and did not look at all like the photo they had online. They were just plain awful and the sizing was a joke. I received an XL shirt that would not fit a small person and a Med shirt (was supposed to be the same shirt as the XL) and the medium was literally larger than a 4x One was a terrible quality plain sweatshirt with a sticker posted on it and the other was a draping long gown like garment. I was appalled.would recommend finding a different company.
