Good. Would have been very good. But on my first order i got no feedback. It kept saying processing. Then 2 weeks later i sent a chat and got a response that they couldnt read my Rx. 2 weeks went wasted.

I have ordered from your company in the past but this time was not good. When checking out, nearly $50 extra was added to order for True Taxes. I tried to cancel my order many times via email and live chat and got very little help. I had to let the lenses be delivered and then returned. When I did ask for a return shipping label, that process was good.

Sure, I got the leaves I ordered. That's expected. It's just annoying that the price for a single box is $65, but the bottom line comes to $100. Is it taxes, fees, added profit? Who knows because it is never shown out itemized.
I ordered 1 box of my left eye and 1 box of my right eye. I received confirmation of my order and I closed my browser. Seven minutes later I got a confirmation of 6 more boxes, 3 of each eye, which I did not order. And it has really been a pain trying to cancel the order which you didn't do and having to now pay to return the 6 boxes. So yes, not a good experience.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
