This is my first time ordering with Lens.com and it was a under par experience. It will be the last time. Ordered contact lens, called many times, with them not having a clue when the lens would arrive. Manager offered free shipping and $13 off the order for the hassle. A month & a half after the order, I called back and they said the lens would arrive 5 months from now. Canceled the order. Ordered elsewhere and received the contacts in a week! Avoid this company and don't waste your time! Hard to believe a company like this stays in business, very poor service.

Website is easy to use and reminder that it's probably time to reorder is helpful. However, the price associated with the reminder was much higher than when just going to the website directly. Ordered without using the reminder link and got the better price. Makes no sense

I've ordered from you in the past, but my new brand of contacts was cheaper on
EZContacts.com this time. So I TRIED 2 times to order from them, both times they were out of stock and didn't think it necessary to tell me until after the delivery date. With Lens.com I didn't have any issues getting my contacts in time and they were only a little bit more expensive. I'll continue to be a Lens.com customer from now on!

Both my husband and I ordered contacts from lens.com in Jan 2019 and March 2019. All required documentation was sent for his $80 and my $100 Visa Debit card rebate qualifications. To date, 6 months later, 8 emails, and 7 phone calls, have only produced lens.com's response of heavy volume response has caused delays and we would received them in 10-15 days. Never received them, all these months later. So even though lens.com admitted they owed the rebates to us and had all proper documentation, they never sent the cards as promised. This company is not only unreliable but dishonest! Makes you wonder if we should trust the only two eyes we will ever have to them?

I've been a customer of Lens.com for years but will not be ordering from them again. I ordered contacts in November 2018 and have had the hardest time getting a $40 rebate! I get the run around everytime I call and the same "It takes up to 10 weeks" response, well 6 months later they finally said they would put the rebate back on my credit card. Didn't happen. Called again. Run around. What in the world. Something is fishy/scammy with their rebates. Buyer beware-too much hassle.

Ordered contacts; 12 year old had problems with first pair out of the box on day one. Tried to return and you get credit for unused contacts only, minus shipping, minus their process fee. Stay with your local eye clinic, ask your local clinic about rebates as they do give them to you. Stay away from lens.com. Even as a dedicated customer with 3 people in the household they were willing to walk away from business over $26.
