Ordered contacts; 12 year old had problems with first pair out of the box on day one. Tried to return and you get credit for unused contacts only, minus shipping, minus their process fee. Stay with your local eye clinic, ask your local clinic about rebates as they do give them to you. Stay away from lens.com. Even as a dedicated customer with 3 people in the household they were willing to walk away from business over $26.
With last order I didn't realize I had to send for rebate within a certain time so I was out of luck. It is still advertised but when you order they lower the price of the contacts and don't give the rebate.

Never trust their rebate advertisement. I made a purchase with $80 rebate. I double confirmed with their online rep to make sure the quantities I need to purchase to qualify the rebate. I did place the order exactly what the rep told me. And I was never able to get my rebate. I have sent them email and called them up, they told me to pay them $100 more then they will send me a $80 rebate. Stay away from this company. Shame on them.
I wanted over a month, then canceled my order. It had not even shipped yet. Don't waste your time with lens.com

Ordered contacts company sent email stating the order was processed and in fulfillment. Haven't received any more emails about my order so started a chat with customer service. I was told my contacts are out of stock will take 4 to 6 weeks to maybe get them in stock. I should've been told this when I called the customer service rep before placing my order. I should've received an email stating the problem but haven't received one. Only remedy they offered was one day fedex at no additional charge and a refund of my original shipping fee but still no guarantee I will get my contacts. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Do not do business with them! I've never seen such bad business! I ordered my daughter lenses four weeks ago on Feb 14. We got an email stating we were getting them between February 25,2019 - February 27,2019. Heard nothing until a week later when they said we were getting them on March 6,2019. Called them to verify and guess what? The company didn't actually have item in stock. Of course, that didn't show on their online shop when you are ordering. By the way my daughter wears Acuvue a common brand with a common prescription. I try to cancel the order but they promised me there were going to be here on March 6,2019 so I give them a chance guess what another lie called them again and they apologize for the inconvenience offer me free next day shipping guess what? Another lie we didn't receive them on the March 8,2019 as the promise us. Called again and ask to speak with a supervisor (by the way very unprofessional, rude and careless) to cancel my order and she state that she couldn't because the order was already shipped NEXT DAY miraculously but she could give us a tracking number because FedEx are the ones that assign them to the orders and she didn't have access to it really? How stupid they think we are? That was last Friday! Today is Tuesday March, 12 and GUESS WHAT? NO DELIVERY YET! Save yourself a nightmare and order from another company. Very poor service from a company that I used to trust.

I ordered lenses from them, three times and had amazing experiences at all three times. The customer service was great, and the products arrived within the week. Website was so customer friendly and easy to order from. I got the same great products that I would have gotten at my local glasses store, but for about half the price! Definitely worth the try!

This is the first order I've placed with Lens.com for a basic contact lens prescription and with $8 shipping I'd expected to receive my contacts fairly quickly-instead they are scheduled to be delivered two weeks from the day they shipped. I'm not happy.

Went through all the steps to order, sent in new perscription. After two weeks they were still in fulfillment. I had to call and they said it would be an additional 3-4 weeks until the would ship. Waste of my time. I would not do business with them again given they clearly don't keep inventory.

Answer: I am in the same boat. I have not received my rebate and filled out all the paperwork correctly. My order was 9/16/2021. They have not offered any assistance to help. I have reached out multiple times. They over charge with processing fees and then with the offer of a rebate... which is not easy to follow the directions. Yout have to fill out rebate form which is not available for 30 days and has to be filled out 60 days from purchase. Then 4 months later they will not send the rebate with an the response is to wait it will come... I have been hearing for 2 months.
