No words. They just want you money but you dont get nearly from what you order. They have a fake return policy, and the custumer service blame everything on you when you complain. Not serviceminded, like a fake company. I ordered a dress that was defect when delivered but no one took the responsibility, they though it was unfair for them to take the responisbility. Never heared something like that from a company, that they cant take resonsibility that they sent out a defect dress. I had ordered the dress to a wedding and had no dress a couple of hours before the wedding.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. The sizes are not accurate. When you try to buy return they deny your return. Please read all the reviews first. I am so upset with myself for being suckered. I know better than this, but thought the prices were great and the dresses look so pretty. Its too bad they are making so much money on woman trying to find the right dress. I literally have a dress I will not wear and lost $200 dollars. I am a size 16/18 but bought the 22 because of the measurements they gave on ther website. Do NOT purchase anything from this website. ALL a scam! They use pictures from various websites to promote and sell their dresses. When you receive the dress, it's nothing like what you think or hoping for. They do NOT take returns but tell you to give the dress to a friend and take a loss. Read reviews. ALL A SCAM! I didn't do my research and got scanned. I'm warning you to stay away and save your money. You will thank me later.

DO NOT be suckered in. The workmanship was shoddy and the sizes are a joke. I'm usually a 14/16 so I ordered an 18 to be sure (my wedding dress actually- but 2nd time round so not a traditional gown - more of an evening dress) I couldn't move the zip more than half an inch. Tried to send it back for a refund but got a very dismissive email back refusing to have anything to do with it.
Luckily I'd paid through PayPal and they got the money back for me. They were brilliant. I had to pay £60 to have it couriered back to China. So all in all I lost £45. I just think of all those pooryoung girls who have saved their money for a prom dress (or even bridesmaids dresses). It's just so sad and gives Chinese companies a very bad name.

I purchased the dress as a mother of the bride dress for my son's wedding- it was the internet train wreck that you'd expect. I purchased the dress knowing I'd need to have it fitted. I received the dress and found the design was incredibly flawed. I could not lift my arms above my waist at all- not able to eat or drink wearing the and certainly couldn't dance with my son. I emailed immediately saying I was unsatisfied with the dress- it is nothing more than a pretty strait jacket and there is not amount alteration can fix it. The customer service team refused to take the dress in return saying I had simply ordered the wrong size. The dress was not custom made, it could have been returned, but they still refuse saying "I should have it adjusted or sell it to my friends" (I would not dump it on anyone). They say they should not take the responsibility of taking the return (the whopping nominal amount of shipping), rather I should have to lose 120 for a useless piece of fabric. NEVER AGAIN and I would certainly not recommend purchasing from this company in any case for any dress for any one.

Rip off... I paid for customize. I took the dress to be measured by a professional and they confirmed it is not the size that I instructed to make the dress. The straps are extremely short, my daughter couldn't even put her head and arm through so I've had to get the straps removed.
Worse company ever. Do not order from here. Cheap material. Horrible company. Horrible experience do not buy from them. Do not believe the reviews they have on their website they are fake.

They sent me a dress that it was not the one it was displayed online. Cheap knockoff. I tried contacting them and they told me that they sent the right color and to give it to my friends or sell it locally. I paid $126 for a dress that cost them $5. I actually filed a complaint against this website on: econsumer.gov. They need to be taken down and stop them from scamming other people like us. It needs to stop really. They have an address and number from London but they are actually in China. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Do not not not use this site its a rip off the dresses are badly made and crude looking. They won't let any negative reviews on their site they control that so all you will find is positive ones I will try and attach two photos to this review of what I was trying to buy and what I got I won't have to tell you which one I received

I DONT recommend this website for anybody. They have these beautiful dresses on their website but isnt what is shipped off to the buyers. I brought my daughter a flower girl dress off here, this same one & when i received the dress it wasnt what i ordered off they site! Not the color nor the style of what i wanted. I asked for my refund, they denied my refund & told me thats its unfair & not their responsibility so i should send it to a friend or i should find somebody to buy it from me locally. My parents wedding is in exactly one month & i have to come out of pocket to buy her another dress on top of losing out on $113.00. Dont order from here! Very unprofessional They only contact through email.

Do not waste your time and money on this Company. This company is a sham and rip off! Shoddy workmanship. No customer service at all. I wish I had checked this company out before I purchased one of their dresses. Please be warned and stay away. I am doing you a service so you can avoid the stress.

I purchased a dress that looked NOTHING like it did online. It was the wrong size, and they would NOT honor a return of a dress that was UNSUSED, NEVER WORN, TAGS ON, AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. I contacted them in less than 7 days regarding the problem, and they said in an email "That is your fault. We will not take the return." I totally agree with and support ALL the other reviews I have read. I wish I would have read them prior to my purchse. I'm now submitting my complaint to the Attorney General. Just an awful experience. Then owner even wrote back saying "Then give it away if you don't want it. Or give it to a friend." How tacky.

If i could give LALAMIRA a NEGATIVE MARK I would! They are deceitful & their product was not as defined. I ordered a dress for my daughter, and the thread & hand work was as if someome with no tailoring experience had done it. The moment I received the dress I sent proof by photos and requested a refund. Customer service was extremely rude & disrespectful via email & refused to assist me in any way. The sewn thread patterns were showing everywhere, and the hand sewn work for the lace on the front of her dress was half ways completed. There were clearly unfinished hand cuts that could be seen on the lace, as well as hanging thread & buttons on the back of the dress. It was unfit to be worn. Customer service said that I caused the damage and it was my fault & they informed me to find my own tailor to fix the dress. I was persistent with emailing them since that was the only way of communication, and I requested to speak with a manager & supervisor multiple times, but they refused to assist me. They finally offered me 20% back for my original order that was well over $120 (lets remember that wouldn't cover me finding a tailor to fix her dress). They then decided to offer me 35% off if I ordered a new dress because I refused to accept the 20% refund. It's crazy that they even told me to orded a new one with a discount knowing that the first dress was HORRIBLE! After well over a months time of communication, and atleast 30 emails back and forth, I found a whole lot of negative reviews about LALAMIRA, and 1 mentioned contacting my bank used to pay for the item. So I decided to follow suit, and my bank was able to resolve the issue. I should've done a review check before I ordered the dress, but thankfully it worked out!
