Please, Please, Please, do not order anything from this site. They shipped the wrong size and won't take the item back. They will always ask you to sell it to your friends or give it away but will not be responsible for their mistake. Don't let these people get away with this behavior post your reviews and contact your bank, dispute the charges.

This company has the WORST customer service EVER! If you have an issue it will NOT be resolved. I would give them a 0 out of 5 if I could!
To make a long story short, I wanted to cancel my order. They said I couldn't. I told them that's ridiculous b/c they can resell the dress. They came back with giving me a 50% refund plus shipping cost. I still did not find this fair, but accepted. I told them in all caps, I want to cancel and take the partial refund. They shipped the dress 2 days later! Then when I asked them, they said, oh it's been shipped, you can't cancel! I screen shotted my message about cancelling a full 2 days before it shipped... when responding they ignored that, and just said, "I'm sure you'll be happy with the dress". WOW. Just ignored me! Now I'm stuck having to sell the dress! Again, WORST customer service EVER!
The dress came two days AFTER the homecoming. They refuse to refund the cost of the dress and the expedited shipping that I paid for and didn't receive. I had to get my refund through Paypal
I paid extra to send my exact height, the height from neck to floor with heels and all circumference measurements to this company (taken that same day) so they could make this dress a custom fit. I asked ahead if the material was the exact color and was told yes, clearly as shown it was not. I also asked if they were using the dull side of the satin as pictured on their site and was told yes, I asked if it would be smooth as depicted in the picture and was told "very smooth." Not only were all of those statements false, there were three layers on the bottom making the dress extremely heavy. It was WAY too long, obviously made for a much taller person, and the armholes were a full 4 inches too big. I took it to a tailor and was told he would have to remake the entire dress. Also they said there was a built in bra, which was false. The amount of flak I got from the company when I tried to return the dress was ridiculous, they actually told me I must have ordered the wrong size! After SEVERAL emails I realized they weren't going to do anything but say sorry for YOUR/MY mistake. I am trying to get a refund through PayPal, but the return shipping was $62.95 so even if that goes through I am out that expense. Don't waste your money!
I ordered a velvet dress. They sent me a Jersey material moo moo. They are telling me it's my fault and not even asking what's wrong. Complete fraud. Do not order anything!

This f... website is a total SCAM. I order a dress and they refuse to exchange it or give me my money back. They totally go against their return policy. I just wasted $200. I should have read the reviews before ordering from there. What a waste of money!. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. STAY AWAYYYY! DO NOOOOT BUY FROM THERE!
Ordered dress and cheaply made. It did not fit my daughter and they refused a refund or exchange. U have to email and wait a day to hear back and was told they sent the size I ordered so I can go get it tailored. Horrible customer service.
I ordered what was supposed to be a shimmer gown. What showed up was a horrible black leopard print atrocity. Despite 2 dozen emails I was told that I received the dress I ordered and they suggested I sell it locally. I told them to try and sell that uorri le thing locally and let me know how they do. Do not buy! You will not get what you paid for and they will not fix. Look at this picture! Does it look anything like the picture beside that I ordered?!?
Dress quality was not what was intended on the Website. Try to get an exchange or return and they absolutely refuse to work with me. In the breast area there was a circle patting that was obvious when you put it on and major breast look like you had a Large pepperoni on top of your breast. I would never buy anything from this site again
I purchased my dress for a formal dinner on a cruise. The dress is very well made and it was gorgeous in Burgundy. I submitted custom measurements as I am 5'11 and 145 and didn't want a short dress but it actually arrived a bit too long and so I had it altered. I would definitely feel comfortable ordering online with lalamira but would just do a standard size and alter later.
This website is such a scam and completely unwilling to exchange or return anything blaming the customer
I got really nervous bc AFTER I had ordered the dress I ran across these reviews, I even went ahead and bought another " just Incase dress " if the reviews turned out to be correct. I do not know why some have had such a bad experience but ours was great. We got the dress in the expected amount of time, it is made of beautiful material the color is exactly what we wanted. Could not be more please. Thank you all.
Worn by my maid of honour at my wedding, based on the time we had we bought a bigger size to accommodate her bum but needed to have it adjusted to fit her bust. We expected it to be long based on other reviews but the colour and fabric was first class. It went well with my wedding and worked well with the other dresses.
I just wanted to give you guys a huge shoutout for my beautiful dress. With a few adjustment at the end I was very pleased. Shipping was fast and the material was flawless. Definitely made the right choice by going to Lalamira.
When I ordered my dress, I was a little concerned because I had read some negative reviews. But when I received my order, I loved it!, It fit perfect and it was exactly how I pictured it. Delivery was quick. I am very satisfied with my order! I will most definitely order everything I need for my wedding from here!
First off, I really love how fast the shipping was. We ordered it March 27th and it got here April 10th. I got the color "shown as picture" and it looks just like the picture! I am 5'7 and 145 lbs and I got a size 8. It's kinda long which is to be expected and it also did not have a weird smell as I've seen in other reviews.
THEY ARE PROBABLY ONE OF THE WORST SITES I HAVE EVER PURCHASED FROM. 1 - THE DRESS WAS NOTHING COMPARED TO THE ONE I PICKED. THE DRESS WAS SO TACKY AND GLOSSY BUT IN THE PHOTO LOOKS MATTE. I HAVE TRIED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ABOUT IT AND THIS IS THEIR RESPONSE:

Take the dress to a local tailor to have it fixed."

They sent the wrong dress, we sent photos showing it was the wrong dress and they won't take it back! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! It's a SCAM and a rip off! Very disappointed!
