I rarely write reviews, but I had to for this. The company was VERY patient and willing to work with me. I even received the dress WAY earlier than expected! With that being said, I can actually wear this dress to the event I bought this for! I was NOT expecting that.
Now on to the dress review... The material is not as dark as the picture. There is more of a shine to it. The dress was longer than needed, but I prefer that. Better to be too long. I'll just have to hem it. It's actually too big in certain areas, but a pin is a quick fix for that. On their behalf, I did not give specific measurements. Thank you again!

This company should not be in business. The dress I received is the worst knockoff of what they had online. I opened the box and tried to reach them immediately. After several emails back and forth they refused saying it wasn't fair to them that I wanted to return the dress. My mistake for not reading the reviews! I was not the first but just one of many who lost their money to a foreign company with absolutely no desire to satisfy the customer. STAY AWAY from these people.

This dress is absolute stunning, elegant and sexy at the same time. It gave a bold statement. The quality is amazing, needs to be tailored a bit, other than that I really recommend. Everyone loved it.

So, so disappointed. The dress looked perfect for my daughters wedding. I ordered the dress in a different color. The long sleeves were 3/4 & the soft lace overlay was more like a straight jacket. Been trying for over a month to get a refund. Their customer service is worse than the dress. Their suggestion is for ME to resell it

Horrible company! I ordered a dress, then realized it was a complete mistake because it wouldn't get here in time for a wedding I have. I cancelled the order within 10 minutes explaining that even with expedited shipping I paid for it wouldn't get here in time (I don't know where my mind was thinking I had 3 weeks until the wedding) they took a couple hours to respond to which they said they are going to get "their cost worth" and not refund my money because they already started tailoring my dress... I didn't ask for a custom or tailored dress. I asked for a regular size US 6, no specifications at all to the dress... how could they have started the dress when according to the order status my payment wasn't even processed yet?!?! I'm so livid. Canceling an order within 10 minutes, 10 MINUTES, and they don't think I should be refunded? Wow. Mind blown.

Purchased a flower girl dress for my upcoming wedding in IVORY. They sent me a WHITE dress. They keep telling me that there is nothing wrong with the color. That I could send the dress back but I would not get my money back. Or give it away or sell it. But said that it was unfair that they take the responsibility. Well, yes it is fair they take the responsibility. THEY made the dress.
I didn't. RUDE and unwilling to fix the problem to make it right.

What I ordered vs. what I got. That is as white as a piece of paper. And their last email to me

The first time I ordered a dress from them, they had asked for credit card and identity details. AND THEN THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER, In which they claim was an "accident". They said they had given me a full refund but when I checked there was no payment made into my bank account. Being naive, I thought that maybe it was just a common human error so I tried ordering a dress the second time, successful but the next day I checked, their website was GONE. In my advice, DONT BUY FROM THEM and read reviews before buying

This company has some of the worst customer service and product I have ever come in contact with. I ordered 3 dresses as potential bridesmaids dresses. After measuring myself I used THEIR sizing guide to determine my size. These dresses still came far too big. In order to return them they required a legitimate reason, which I had seeing as their size chart guided me to order the wrong size. They also required pictures showing the issues, I provided them and they still refused my return as well as extremely poor, rude, customer service.

Aside from all of that, when I ordered these dresses I was required to send a photo of my driver license and credit card to verify it was me (Obviously blacking out most of the information). I have never been asked this from a company before. I should have known this was a scam from the beginning.

Ordered 3 flower girl dresses. They look nothing like the picture advertised on the site. The neckline is way up close to their faces where in the picture it was much lower. The sleeves are full gathered and long where on the site they were short and trim line. The gathering at the bodice is too full where on the site they were flat. The quality of the material is inferior. The dresses look like a cross between night gowns and choir robes.
They will not refund my money. I have emailed them several times with pictures and they insist that it isn't fair for me to ask for a refund because of what was stated in their return policy. I've told them that I read nothing in the return policy about no refund if the product did not look like the picture advertised on the site. Or that the material was inferior. THEY WILL NOT REFUND MONEY. BEWARE! I tried to add a picture but it would not let me. Such a bogus company. I will try to post the pictures to compare the site dresses and the REAL DRESSES!

My daughter wanted a unique dress for homecoming - one nobody else had. We're on a budget and she found one she liked on this site. I was skeptical but we had plenty of time, so I figured we'd give it a shot. Not only was the dress my daughter received the absolute wrong color, it took almost 14 extra days to ship than promised ( even paying expedited shipping) nothing to do with customs they didn't ship it on time - when emailing them with photos showing the blatant color difference, I was met with rude, unprofessional, even borderline harassing replies. I asked them to stop emailing me 3 different times and they wouldn't. They said "Just keep the dress or you can send it to your friends or resell it locally." WHAT? Unbelievably poor customer support after the order barely even made it in time - luckily I had ordered a second dress LOCALLY because of my bad feeling when it never shipped, but they are scammers, frauds, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

Loved my dress. It Was sooooo comfortable and even though it was a bit loose (did custom measurements and I'm plus size) it still looked good on me. Received lots of compliments.

Great dress. Measurements were true to my custom request. Quality material and the lace is gorgeous. Great price for a beautiful dress. From placement of the order to delivery, the process was quick and efficient. I have never ordered a dress online before and this experience was extremely positive and encouraging.

This dress is gorgeous! I ordered this last minute for our last minute elopement. I ordered on 9/3 and it showed up on my doorstep on 9/18. I was nervous about ordering online but saw so many great reviews that I thought I'd give it a try. I'm so happy I did. I did a custom fit and it was perfect! I also asked that it be knee length instead of tea length and it was perfect as well! The few things I will say is that the back has buttons all the way up. (I thought it had a key whole based on the photo on the website) Also, the lace across the abdomen is darted, which was hard to tell in the photo but once I brought it to the dry cleaners and had them steam it or whatever they do to get the wrinkles out it was perfect. Also the arms and neckline still had a strange fringe on it, I was very careful and cut it all off so it was more of a refined look. There's also a build in bra type thing for support but I put one of those lift and stick bras on for a little lift, it worked perfectly. (From target, nothing fancy) also the colored ribbon around the waist matched the ivory dress perfectly, it doesn't stand out at all. It photographed really well too. I couldn't be happier.
