I have never left a bad review before for any company, however, after the experience myself and my partner have had after purchasing from this company I felt I had no choice. After looking at reviews and seeing there were a mix of good and bad, and being on a very tight budget, my partner decided to purchase a wedding dress from La La Mira. The dress arrived and the dress was similar to the one in the photos but noticeably different, also the colour was wrong but most importantly they sent out the wrong size. Of course we emailed them highlighting the main issue as well as sending proof of the size we ordered and the label of the size that arrived along with all relevant photos of it being tried on and being huge. They have the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with in my life. They refused a refund or an exchange as it wasn't fair' to them. After days of emailing and about a dozen emails back and forth as well as being ignored after letting them know we would be taking it further, we decided to contact PayPal. Luckily right off the bat the explained we were well within our rights for a full refund and to send the parcel back so we could be refunded. It cost £70 to ship the dress back to Hong Kong. However the company refused the delivery which caused more issues. Thankfully PayPal still gave us a full refund. Please do not order from this company, we have had so much stress from this whole ordeal and are now £70 out of pocket from having to ship it back (luckily it wasn't a lot more than that). Most of these positive reviews must be from people within the company trying to equal the reviews out because looking through the bad reviews I can see a lot of people had a similar experience to us, it seems myself and my partner were very fortunate to even get a refund. Please always purchase through PayPal or something similar if purchasing from unkown companies.
Thankfully we made a point of purchasing with PayPal for security and they have been great during this whole situation.
This is just one of La La Mira's emails that we received after telling them they had sent out the wrong size:
"Hi,
There is nothing wrong with the dress itself. It's unfair for us to take the responsibility. The return is definitely not possible. Just keep the dress and fix it or send it to your friends or resell it locally."
Please avoid this site. If you choose to purchase from them USE PAYPAL. It’s the only way you will possibly get a refund from this company.

Listen, if u take the time to read everything on their site, even though I believe it's not right. What this Chinese Co does is use photos of wedding dresses made by very high end designers & recreates them for you, & they let you know it may differ slightly, so you do get that warning. Before I explain further about that... the bottom line is- YOU'RE GETTING A $5000. 00 DRESS MADE THE CLOSEST POSSIBLE, FOR $150.00, THAT IS 10% OF THE PRICE! Maybe they updated their website with this info before all these 1 star upset people posted.? They responded to me & updated me on the progress each time I wrote them, you don't even have to email them if you don't want to leave the page, there is a place right there to write to them, but they do provide you with their email. When u first chose ur dress, they give u the option to submit your exact measurements, which is rare. The dress I wanted was an Anna Campbell & I would NEVER be able to afford it, but they had it on their site... so my take on it was- I figured I would take a chance & order it for a total of $166.00, & if anything was not correct or wrong with it, I would take it & just have it altered, come to find out, if you are not happy with something about the dress (not looking the same, etc), as long as u email pics & explain what u didnt like or what was wrong, they give you 2 options- 1- as long as its within 7 days, you can return it & they will fix whatever it is you did not accept. Or 2- (with no time limit) they actually allow u to have it altered on your own & submit the receipt to them & they will reimburse the cost for it back to u! They also leave extra material for you incase you want it altered, I will say, I did have an issue with my dress, one was my fault cause I didnt specify how long I wanted it, so needed it shortened... but the ONE thing I feel was their fault was there was too much material in the front when I wanted both leg slits to show, but it was an easy fix & was reimbursed. Which left me with extra material I used to attach to wrist & arm cuffs to cover my arm tattoo! Also they by far do not use cheap materials. I'm a constant complainer & get upset at paying for stuff & it's not correct, but all in all, if u wanna pay 10% of a beautiful dress, & then have a seamstress or tailor to fix anything u don't like- to me it's a win-win situation. Unless the remake was deploring & looked nothing like the dress, & unfixable, then that's a diff story. I posted a pic of the dress I ordered, then I will post a pic when I have someone take a pic of me with it on, I can't let my fiance see it! So stay tuned, so u can make your own decision of the work! & ofcourse I will explain the small easy fix the tailor did!
