I really love how my dress turned out, the fabrics and materials are so pretty. I got mine custom made to fit my body size and it fit really well, it was a little too long but I'm not too fussed about that. I would recommend purchasing this dress. I beg anyone looking at dresses DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy from this company. I ordered 2 flower dresses each for my girls because I wasn't sure which one I wanted. Once they were shipped I found a dress elsewhere. When they arrived, I sent in my request for a return on 4 dresses that were unopened and I was denied. No where in their return policy does it say one cannot return a unopened dress. Yet, whoever is behind the computer granted returns ( which I'm 99.99% sure they don't approve any) said it's not their fault, they can't accept the return and I should just go sell them to a local shop. I have threaten legal action and based on the numerous people that have been scammed by this company I can't imagine I'm the first.
I have a hard time believing the positive reviews are legit after my personal experience and the 100's of negative reviews that I have read. There are some that have gone as far as reporting them to the Fair Trade commission. The majority of the negative reviews have a common thread- dishonesty in their "return policy"

I was a bit apprehensive about buying online, but after speaking with the staff to learn more about the sources of their stock and quality of product, as well as their return policy, I ordered. I am so thrilled I did because I got the dress of my dreams at the price I could afford and the dress was more beautiful than I could have imagined in flawless condition. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends.

I ordered this dress for my daughters prom on April 27 as you can see arm band came off, top is to big and bottom to small, the dress is not altered and it was suppose to be a size 18w, i wear a 18w and she doesn't so i thought i would have it altered to fit her but no luck. They said it's the right size but it's not plus the front is suppose to be long to the floor. So now i have to buy extra material and hope someone can fix it cause i can't afford to get another one, i can't even afford to get it fixed but i am a MOM and believe you me i will get it fixed. This company doesn't care about customers, all about money well lala please enjoy the money. Wish me luck.

Absolutely LOVE this dress. Couldn't have asked for it to look more like the picture. I did custom sizing and it fits PERFECTLY. No alterations are necessary! Great communication and very fast shipping. Very pleased overall with the dress and customer service.

I placed an order for flower girl dresses several weeks before my wedding and requested expedited shipping (2-3 days). The order page said NOTHING about dresses being "made to order" and from the other reviews I have read, I highly doubt they actually are. A week later I went to check on the status of the order and was told the dresses wouldn't arrive until two weeks after my wedding, nearly five weeks after I placed the order. I requested a refund and was told I could only get a partial refund (40% of what I paid), because my refund wasn't requested within 48 hours of placing my order. What is most frustrating about that (above and beyond having to find replacement dresses ten days before my wedding), is that they didn't respond to my request for information about the status of my order for 48 hours. This company is a sham. They are hocking off items they already have in stock to people who want shiny things at a low cost. I will never order from LaLa Mira again and I will tell everyone I know never to order from them either.

... but if you're a scam artist then it proves why you're still in business.

I'm disappointed that I did not research the reviews for this company before buying a dress from them. I ordered a dress, and it wasn't anything like their photodefinitely false advertising! Well needless to say, they tried telling me it was my mistake for ordering it and refused to refund me. They even went as far as trying to make my return about the wrong size. Which is not why I wanted to return it. What's frustrating is, I always read online return policies before buying things, and no where does it say they don't accept returns or exchanges if the customer is dissatisfied. Therefore if us customers are unhappy with our order we should be able to get our money back. Seeing how they do not accept any returns or exchanges then they have to say that, and they don't! It's incredibly unethical for a company to put "the mistake" back on their customers just because they're greedy capitalists.

I ordered a dress FIVE days ago. With the expectation it was going to be at least a month before receiving. It showed up at my door step at 9:30pm! It fit so well! I've never wrote a review in my life! But this is a big moment in my life and I'm happy I made the right decision on where I ordered my dress! And for this price! I have no complaints.
