I couldn't be more pleased with this dress. This is my fourth year of buying prom dresses for my daughters, and my first year of shopping for it online. I usually spend $400-$500 for the dress, and another $50-$100 for alterations. Because this dress was made-to-order - no alterations are needed! The quality exceeded my expectations! Tip: For custom measuring (well worth the extra wait time to avoid alterations later) - take measurements twice, on separate days. This way, if your measurements differ, you can figure out why and really be sure that you're sending correct measurements.

The first thing I noticed when taking the dress out of the box was the weight. The velvet has some heft to it. The color was darker than in the picture, which I like. The dress fit perfectly, is very flattering, and feels fantastic on. Very comfortable. I am a bit of a dress collector and this is my new favorite dress. It's an incredible value and fantastic product! I plan on buying other colors, and I would recommend this dress to anyone!

We purchased a prom dress using their size chart. The dress is too small and there is a 4 inch gap where my daughter is not able to zip the dress up. We contacted the company within the allotted time and they will not give a refund saying that it is our fault that the dress does not fit and that we need to get it altered. They will not return the dress or provide a refund. The fabric is cheap and it doesn't look like it does in the photo. Do not buy from them!

We ordered 5 dresses from the company to try on and keep one or two. My daughter did not do her homework unfortunately and look for bad reviews. This company is a scam. The dresses are OK but nothing super special. We are out $500 because they will not cooperate with us for the returns. They have a return section you can finally get to when they email you a link, it just goes around and around. You keep sending the messages and they keep replying with a link to return and it just goes back to the same customer service FAQ. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. MY WISH IS THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

DISASTER! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE. The dress I received was very close to the photo but totally the wrong size. Front of dress looked and fit correct but couldn't zip it because it was that small in the back. Looked as if they used a size 14 front panels and size 10 in the back. Sent them photos and all and they said, Well we made what you ordered so we won't take it back. Received dress folded inside out and never pressed. Sent photos and complaint and there is no way they will give me any of my $132 back.

Worst dress I have EVER bought online in MY LIFE. This company is awful. They are deceitful and fraudulent. Please don't make the mistake of purchasing a dress from them--- the glowing reviews under the dresses are not what they seem! They review the reviews and wont post anything negative. It's a scam! The dress I bought came in the wrong sizing and didn't fit at all (I used their sizing charts) and in cheap material! The photo was satin and it was some strange cheap cotton blend or something? I contacted customer service who says they will return orders if you contact them within 7 days (which I did) but said because it's the size I ordered they wont return it. They also told me to give it to a friend or resell it locally... what the hell? Nobody would want it anyway. Bad company. Bad dresses. Please save yourself and run the other way. And if you did like me... then file a complaint or dispute the charge against this fraud company so they can be shut down!

I should of used the custom fitting but I used a standard size will have to be altered but not your fault. Dress is absolutely gorgeous! Can wait to see it once the alterations have been cut moneyed! Your an A++++++++ Company! Will definitely do business again! Thank you so much!

Do yourself a favor and don't do what i did and order from this "company" first of all the dress i ordered looked NOTHING like the pictures. I understand it's not going to be the splitting image but it was unbelieveably different. Everyone i showed truly thought they sent me the wrong dress. I wrote them and sent them pictures like they requested and they refused a refund even though their policy does not state you can't return for unsatisfactory reasons. After explaining how it was not what was pictured at all the customer service representative stated i did not have common sense because i should of known it would be different. WHAT?! (This one one of the many extremely rude emails I recieved back) Funny their website says "To us, it's more than just selling dresses, it's about earning your trust with exceptional service." That is the OPPOSITE of what I recieved. I wish someone would start a lawsuit against this company and have the customers who were poorly treated collaborate together. I am not one to write reviews but I felt i should warn the rest of the possible future customers.

I bought a dress from this site and waited a long time before buying it. Well u should have read the reviews. When I got the dress it was amazing on the outside and then when you looked at the rest of the dress it was not down in some parts, red string holding up the fake stones and uneven. I will never reccomend this place and I will blast them everywhere to ensure they do not sell to other people. I told them they have 24 hours to respond to my out of the box defective item. If they deny my return they will have a fight of a lifetime. I told them they do not want to mess with this future lawyer.

I never buy from an unknown, preferring to stick to major retailers but had such a terrible time finding a dress I like and they had one that was beautiful and I felt would flatter my shape. The dress arrived and it is a cheap knock-off. Not only is the fabric not what I expected, but the quality and detail were substandard. I reached out within hours to start a return only to get a message "We have checked for you and we did the right dress in your order. We inspect the dress carefully before shipped out. When you are shopping online, it is common sense that the dress will definitely has some difference as the picture shows". Thus far they are refusing to process a return even though a return policy, which I followed, is stated on their website.

I purchased my wedding dress from Lala Mira and it has literally been my most disappointing online purchase I have ever made. Initially, I used their sizing chart to buy a dress and when it arrived it was too big, a strange color (not the same pink shown on the website) and the trumpet fit was actually mermaid fit. At the time, I did not realize they only had a seven-day window for returns so I just took the loss and ordered another dress a size down. When it arrived, it did not have the corset back it was advertised to have. Long story short, I have been going back and forth with customer service representatives for nearly a month because they refuse to refund the dress, even though they've admitted in several emails that mistakes made on the part of Lala Mira should be rectified with a return/refund. I was then told that I could not return the item because they could not sell it to another person. What a scam. Then I was offered a 10% refund, which was eventually bummed up to a 25% refund of the dress value. I requested a 30% refund of my total purchase that will only amount to $57 and they won't even agree to that. Also, the terms and conditions on the website list information that should be in the refund policy, and the refund policy leaves out information such as "if we deem that your dress cannot be resold, we will not honor you with a refund." They enforce rules that you don't even have the opportunity to opt into or sign-off on. Discriminatory, rude, and an utter waste of time. I'm sure my wedding will come and go before I can get fair treatment. I literally have 2 dresses now that I can't wear. Buy at your own risk. If I could do it over again I would have never purchased from them. Do your research -- there are many bad reviews on this company on Wedding Wire, The Knot, Trust Pilot, and even private Facebook groups for brides/weddings.

Dress was better than expected for the price. Tailored fit was perfect. Delivery was timely. Not sure why this site gets poor reviews unless people have unrealistic ideas for what you can purchase at this price point. I thought quality was excellent for under $200.00! Very happy with my dress and excited to find something so beautiful at this price. Can't see paying hundreds or thousands of dollars for something I will wear only a few hours of my life.
