I cannot express how horrible this company is.
I ordered a prom dress from them because the pictures of the dress and price were great.
I was told that the ordered would be shipped a certain date; it was not and therefore would not arrive on time for prom.
I tried to cancel the order (before it was shipped) and they said no
I was told I could return the dress
I received the dress a week later and it was the ugliest, cheapest, disgusting dress I have ever seen
I tried to return the dress and they gave me the 'run around'
I tried to contact someone... very difficult! They continued to state they were in CHINA
They told me that I could not even return the dress.
I am out 190.00 and have a gross dress that is not suitable to wear
This nasty company is on ETSY... so beware

The gown is absolutely gorgeous and fits almost perfectly. It arrived quickly and is made with quality materials and is well made. It beat my expectations and I will be wearing it in many future pageant event's. Highly recommend!
I absolutely loved this dress. I wore it for my senior prom, and I got so many compliments on it. When I had worries that it would come in on time, they made my order a priority to get it to me on time. The dress fit me perfectly and there was not a si gle thing wrong with it. Definately would order a dress from here again.
They do not let negative reviews on their site so I commented in the picture of the dress I ordered on Instagram. They deleted it. They want you to believe they are a great deal. With only positive feedback and "happy" customers. They did not allow for my return even with pictures I sent clearly showing the dress is NOTHING like the picture. Please do not waste your money. I ignored all the bad reviews because they still had over 3 stars which was a huge mistake. My bank is currently disputing the charge as fraud.
Item was nothing like the style shown on the photographs. The sleeves were long and baggy. Refused return. Paypal intervened and confirmed if I return the item I will receive a full refund. LaLa Mira refused to sign for my parcel so it has been returned. Yet to receive it.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - SCAM, SCAM, SCAM and unpleasant to communicate with.
Dress was EXACTLY the way it was suppose to be! I was 100% satisfied. It was absolutely stunning and I loved it!
I ordered this dress to have a sample for my bridesmaids to try on and in hopes that it would fit one of them. I chose the "picture" color and it is the exact color of the picture. The dress is great quality and is plenty long enough for 2 of my taller bridesmaids. I received it within the time frame the site gave me for delivery (10-14 days). I do recommend this site if you are looking for a dress not sold in stores.
The dress itself is quite stunning. I received many compliments on the color and style of the dress. It contours the body well and really highlights your curves without being too tight or revealing. I was worried that it wouldn't work out because it came just a few days before my prom date, but it turned out just amazing! Will definitely wear to another formal event down the road.
This dress was for my daughters prom and it was absolutely perfect! We had it custom made send in the measurements and provided as date we needed it by and we got it in plenty of time before that date. I emailed once to check status and got a quick response. I would definitely order again and would recommend it to my friends. The gown was gorgeous she got so many compliments. This dress exceeded our expectations by ordering this type of dress online and custom tayloring is super scary and ambitious but they made a beautiful well made gown. Loved it!
This is so awesome! The dresses looks like the photo featured. And then they offer the up to date fashion trends. I will recommend this to my friends whose up to fashion nowadays.

I bought this dress for my civil wedding at the end of March. I took it to measure and no editing was necessary, it fits perfectly. This dress has the desired effect and the value for money is very good.
I love it. It look really good but the only thing is some of the dress come different colors and a little bit different finishes. Overall i'm satisfied
This dress was absolutely EXQUISITE! I accidentally found the website and ordered two dress. After submitting payment, about a day later, I decided to research reviews on Lalamira, and to my dismay, found a MULTITUDE of negative reviews. Needless to say, I was nervous now because I ordered 2 really complex dresses for a wedding and was running out of time.
They completed the dress and shipped it rapidly, and I just got the dress today. I was blown away with how beautiful the dress was, it looks absolutely like the picture and the material was perfection! I love the lace up back and I put the dress on immediately. I couldn't lace the entire thing up by myself, but it was a PERFECT fit (custom sizing). I will receive the second dress in 2 days and I am hoping it is as amazing as the first. So far, I will NEVER buy off the rack again and Lalamira will be my go to place for an event dress.

Looks just like in picture. How noble this It was just as great as showed in the picture. I felt very satisfied with it and I think shopping in this shop is very happy. The price of it is a little high but it is still worth to buy.
Received a lot of compliments on my dress and I looked absolutely stunning with it on. I wish the material was a little more silky because it would have made the dress more sexy. I wore this dress as the maid of honor at my sisters wedding. The picture I will submit will have an added garment with it that does not come with the dress. I would recommend this dress to any type of formal event you will turn heads for sure. I ordered the color burgundy, however it turned out more reddish to me, nothing like the color the ladies are wearing in the promo shot. So I would be mindful of that when ordering from this site.
They shipped my dress faster then the date. Really great customer service. They really work with you. Dress is beautiful. But came in a totally different material... but still was gorgeous
My dress was just as beautiful on line and in person. The only down fall was to big for my small frame BUT with a lil nip and tuck it was perfect! Thank you LaLaMira for making such quality work.
