DO NOT GET YOUR DRESS HERE. THE PICTURES ARE NOT AT ALL WHAT THE DRESS LOOKS LIKE. THEY WON'T ADDRESS THE PROBLEM OR OFFER ANY RESOLUTION. THEY FIND EVERY WAY AROUND GIVING YOU A REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT THEY CAN'T DELIVER. POOR QUALITY.

I was very excited when I did my online purchase until I received my shipments only to realize they look nothing as advertised, i can do a comparison photo of my order to what is advertised, looks premium online but when received looks like someone sewed this for their kid you can tell that it looks cheap the quality is terrible, for the price I paid canadian to what was received anyone would agree I was robbed! Further more when I attempted to return the order they refused to refund my shipment that's never worn even though I contacted them immediately. I spent a lot of money ($400.00) on 2 dresses that look like $10.00 DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! And it will be too late if you do only to realize you were deceived! The photo shows the top looks beaded with rhinestones but it's made of ugly sequence and is not silver at the photo portrays its plastic!

I absolutely loved this dress when it came in! It looked just like the picture and it fit me perfectly! I definitely recommend using custom sizing when ordering anything on this website as everything will fit better. I ordered this on March 10th and it arrived on March 24th if anyone wants to know!

I got my dress a few days ago. The dress is just the same shape and color as the picture. The workmanship is so excellent. I love this dress. I want to put it on and go to my sister's party.

I got my dress yesterday and it's absolutely lovely! I was late ordering a dress for my boyfriend's prom and I was soo worried it wouldn't be here on time. I read a bunch of reviews and majority of them were bad but THEY. ARE. LIES! The shipping was way quicker then what I requested, the customer service were very helpful and nice, and the dress is just absolutely beautiful! It wasn't as heavy as I though and it's a lot my shiner then the picture. Overall, I would purchase from here again and definitely suggest it to a friend, family member, and truly anybody who's looking.

I ordered a dress for my 2 year old granddaughter, used their measurement guide, when the dress arrived first of all there were threads hanging from the hem of the dress where it was coming unraveled, I tried the dress on her and it was so small I couldn't even get it zipped on her. Contacted their customer service and asked for a refund, they wanted pictures of the dress and the hem unraveling so I sent them, their reply was that I didn't order the correct size dress, that they made it the right size and that they inspected the dress before shipment so it didn't matter to them if the sewing was coming out, they refused to accept the dress back and give a refund. Save your money because even if there is something wrong with a dress you ordered they will say it's your fault and not issue a refund, very inferior product

I purchased a dress from this retailer and cancelled it within 24 hrs. A ticket wascreated and we did not hear from them for a week. Then they said that the dress was shipped. I tried to chat on their website and told them we had cancelled. They told me that a sales person will get back to me. They have no phone number to contact ( and the one they have on the website does not work). After a few emails they told me that I cannot return it as it is not their company's police to take returns. I do not understand this b as most retailers will take returns if a customer is not satisfied. There is no address for return and I have now asked the credit card company to refute. Please be careful when you are dealing with sites like this. They have an address in London and clothes are shipped from china.

This dress was beautiful. It was exactly made as the picture suggested. I ordered a size 7 the shirt fits perfectly, however the skirt was way off in size. The waist was approximately 4 inches larger than the diameter that was associated with the size 7. I paid for alterations. I will order 2 additional dresses regardless of needing the additional alterations.

I was VERY skeptical when ordering this dress but it is BEAUTIFUL. It arrived within two weeks from order date and I can honestly say, I have tried on so many wedding dresses and this one is the dress of my dreams. I ordered a size 8, and it fits me wonderfully except for a couple of areas that need to be taken in but that's not a big deal. The reason why I am giving it 4 stars is because the picture this site has of the dress, the lacey top of the dress is lined but it did not come lined. I also ordered ivory and it came pure white and those are the only cons I can think of. Other than that, I recommend this dress.

I purchased a dress for my daughter from this LaLaMira website. The description of the dress specified a beading detail for the bodice and satin skirt for the bottom. When I received the dress, it was cheap "sequins" at the bodice top and a cheap polyester skirt bottom. I contacted the company to initiate a return because I was not satisfied with the dress. The dress cost me $144 and looked more like $20. They had the audacity to tell me they cannot return the dress and maybe I can sell it to someone or give it to a friend! I was furious! I explained to them the description on their website was not what I received. They had the nerve to email and say "it is common sense that the dress will not be exactly as the picture"! What kind of customer service is that? I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND NEITHER SHOULD ANYONE ELSE! I should of known dealing with China. However, their website illustrates a UK address. Also, false information! Beware, do not waste your time and hard earned money and give it to these hypocrites!

I ordered this last minute for a formal event I was going to. It came in 2 day shipping. I was actually really surprised how well it was packaged and how nice the material was. It has a corset back so the size can be adjusted a little. It is very long but I could still manage dancing.

The dress was absolutely stunning. Very good for occasions. Great price/quality. Looks more expensive than it is. Fits very well. I was so surprised that this fit the way I needed it to! Sometimes it's really hard to order things online that fit. But this worked!
