I have been trying for 2 weeks to return a dress. They tell you, that you will hear from them within 24 hrs. 10 days later I receive an email and they are requesting a picture. A picture of what?! My daughter tried the dress on, the second she put it on she knew it wasn't her so we put it back in the bag in the box and have tried returning it since then. After multiple messages of them just replying they needed a picture, I sent them a picture of the dress in the bag in the box and I haven't heard from them again.

I ordered a dress for a concert performance. The dress that was delivered looked nothing like the website pictures and the measurements were incorrect. The waist was exact while the bust was an inch too small and the hips were an inch and a half too wide. The sewing of the jewels and beads was comically done; the "seamstress" did not bother to snip the thread between beads so you could pull one off and they would all unravel. I contacted the website for a return and they refused multiple times. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and filed a claim. At that point they offered to "let" me keep it for a 40% refund. I refused. Then they gave me an address to return the dress to and claimed they would give me a refund once they received the dress. I paid $35 to send the dress back to China, sent PayPal the appropriate information. The shipping would take longer than the PayPal claim process so PayPal intervened, I sent them the shipping info, and they refunded my money. Today, 5 months later, I receive the dress back as a Return to Sender. The recipient at the address I was given from LalaMira either didn't exist or they refused the dress.

The dress was better than expected. Definitely be aware of the time as the dress is made to order. So I was a little worried if it would arrive on time. The fabric was high quality, the embroidery was very pretty. The bodice of the dress fit her perfectly. We only had one alteration on the dress. Since she is only 5'. 5" ft the dress was long on her and the slit came down to her knee. She loved the train on the dress so all we had to do was have alteration on raising the split and professionally press the dress. I would highly recommend this dress.

I'd give six stars if I could. This dress is beautiful and superbly designed to hide any flaws. I needed a dress that I could stuff into a suitcase and then throw it on without a problem, and this was it! I got the gorgeous color, it is exceptional. The dress fits beautifully, you can choose to wear a bra if you want. The price is right, too - my original plan was to possibly leave it on our vacation if I found my suitcase too full of souvenirs / goodies, but it folded up so nicely that I didn't have to!

This dress was AWESOME! I have worn it three times and gotten rave compliments each time! It not only fits perfectly, but it also complements my figure quite well! This is saying something, too and it looks amazing on me!

The return policy seems great but only if they give you your return ticket. I requested to return a wedding dress because it did not fit right one day after it was delivered. The policy allows 7 days return for free after delivery. I did not receive a return ticket after 5 days so I emailed customer service asking for an extension in the return policy. I received a reply to that email 8 days after delivery saying there is absolutely no reason the return policy can be extended. I still have not received a return ticket.

Was terrified about end product as I read a few negative reviews online. The dress arrived quickly. It is beautiful. Slightly big but it will cost just a few dollars to take the waist in. My daughter will be attending prom in this dress. She loves it. Thank you. It's gorgeous
