It only took a few minutes to get on the phone with a customer service rep which was great because the problem needed urgency. The cleaner had locked the key in a wrong box and the representative was able to help us retrieve the key quickly and effectively. Thanks so much.

I had a great experience with KeyCafe's support team, especially Camara. I had trouble accessing a key for one of my listings at 12 York Street, and she was super helpful the whole way through.
Camara figured out what was going on, updated the key status manually, and walked me through exactly how to fix it. She was patient, friendly, and made sure everything was sorted. She even took the time to explain my billing and suggested how I could get the most out of my plan.

We had a guest check out of our condo and not be able to use the lockbox as it was down and key Cafe did not know that it was down. I called as I had another guest checking in same day. They were unable to fix it right away so I had to get my cleaner to meet the guest, which cost me another $100. For her to go back downtown to meet the guest to give them the keys, thank you Key Cafe for crediting my account for $30 however it's still a minor amount considering the inconvenience to myself my guest and my Cleaner but thank you for getting it resolved. The customer service reps were excellent as it was not their fault at all but worked very hard at getting things back up and running and their communication with me was excellent
My guest couldn't open the key box and almost panicked. Achraf from your customer care kindly called her several times (and found out that she was in the wrong Keycafe...)

The first person I spoke with did not understand anything about the situation and handed it off into some waiting list for incorrect action just to get it off their plate asap. That was very disappointing and I had to follow up many times to find out nothing was being done for weeks.
The last agents I finally got hold of was amazing, smart, polite, understood the issue thoroughly, and had everything wrapped up within a day. I hope this review does not reflect negatively on that agent.
Natalie was very professional she spared nothing and exhausted several options until the mater was resolved. We appreciate her stay fast resolve in this matter and one she had ironically similarly handled for us prior to this action. Five Stars. Give her a raise.
I had a problem with the keys drop twice in an hour (partly my fault but I didn't find the process super straightforward). However, it was very easy to reach the customer service and their kindness and efficiency was really top! Thank you!

But the Keycafe itself need improvement. The onsite screen is too small and too low for elderly and people with back pain.
May suit Airbnb user but not for all realtors.
It takes a bit of effort to set everything up (and sadly they don't provide a functionality for testing as after a few test openings the counter starts), but once you understand how the system works, it's quite easy and works well

I used a neighborhood Key Cafe to store an extra set of keys for guests who would stay at my apt. Setting it up was seamless and I didn't have any issues. Any time I needed to message customer service (ie to ask for invoices or how to update things on my account), customer service was quick, friendly and efficient. Would use this service again.
