The Keycafe has been a great improvement for our organization. Although a small fleet of vehicles, extremely important to have organization and accountability. The hardware is built strong and the support team is excellent. They have walked us through the process from start to almost finished. Our employees have enjoyed the ease of use and the accountability.
I got on the phone very upset about the issue with our key due to some confusion with the drop off and codes.
Shereka handled my query very calmly and she really know what she's doing.
Very efficient and took time to understand the concern to give a solution to the issue.

Keycafe is very convenient and easy to use both by the guests and the host. There were some glitches from time to time but customer service is excellent! Very prompt response and fix issues in no time.
I love the piece of mind I have storing my keys with Keycafe, and when I accidentally left one of my keys in the box Keycafe support helped me get those keys back in my hands within a half hour. They were so easy to work with and were a lifesaver!

It was so easy to understand how to set up my account and to level a key in the box. I liked my account to my Airbnb account and so the system recognized the guest sent messages to them and they found collecting the keys easy. The location works very well for my place.
Im usually skeptical to use technology that I don't fully understand for something as important as house keys but the second I had a question I called the customer service number and Chienpei, the person I spoke with, was not only extremely kind but immediately resolved my doubts with care and thoroughness. I hate feeling that I am the expense of the services I am using and they made me feel the opposite. 10 out of 10.
Currently waiting for a key pickup. System freezes and nothing happens. Tried for 15 minutes. Called customer service and they said there entire company is having server problems. Website not working and machines not working. The entire keycafe service is currently down for >1hour. The cannot remotely reset the machine. Keys are stuck in the machine
Chienpei helped us reprogram our key cafe. She was knowledgeable, patient and articulate. I thought customer service left when covid arrived but it still clearly exists. I wish I had more people like her on the Dauntless team.
Hopefully I didn't spell the name wrong if I did I'm sorry. Nekisha was fantastic. She was super sweet and very nice. Her tone was soft and kind throughout my 2 I interactions with her. I would hope to her her to assist me in the near future. Everyone else I have dealt with also was good. But she was super understanding and was able to help me. Fantastic
Had an issue where we needed to flip the administrator over to a different person. This is not an easy process with the software. Needs better backend support for this. System got a three, support person got a five, so average them out to a four star review.
If the system cannot be revamped to allow for easy deletion and addition of a system admin then perhaps in the rollout this should be made more clear.
I used the chat Helpdesk as the phone line had a long waiting time and it was super efficient. I got assistance within minutes, which was the most important as I had an issue in front of the lockbox. The staff was courteous, quick and effective in resolving my issue.

I dumped Keycafe after yet another "routine outage". Guests HATE this service and even though I'm a Superhost, my business was threatened when I moved over. They won't refund you either unless you go through Better Business Bureau and make public reviews. Unreliable and my guests wrote things like "Amazing place but key pick-up sucked". Recently moved to cheap solution Buzzly - now the buzzer automatically opens every time guest dials in and then picks up the keys in the lock box in the staircase hallway.
My only negative comments are that the set up instructions and process are very confusing.
When Said talked to me he was very helpful but the volume on his phone was very low so it was hard to hear him. But he was extremely helpful (I couldn't have set up without him).
The box did not open. I was very annoyed. Help desk answered promptly and could quickly solve the problem. I was really grateful for the amiability and the efficiency of the help, Mishanga Miller. But it is a pity the box looks old and does not open reliably.
My key Cafe door was jammed stuck, I was able to call customer service and the representative was wonderful. She helped troubleshoot the situation and we were able to manually unlock the locker door. Great help!
As a first time user, I opened a box to check out a key then put the key back and closed the box; not realizing that needed the key fob to mark the key as returned. I contacted customer support and, despite my lack of knowledge, Chienpei helped me to get the key back out of the box and returned properly. She was calm, profession, and clear.
We placed our key in the mailbox while there were two empty boxes with the door open so we close our door and the two other doors. Somehow the system did not register the correct box we opened for ours and when we opened it next the wrong box opened. Kamoi and the technician assigned were patient and helped me troubleshoot live. The next day technician went to the store and found my key. I'm appreciative of the team effort and the entire process was seamless and stress free.

My guest could not get access to the keys at the box location. She couldn't access her email to retreive the code. Chienpei stayed on the line/chat with me until we figured it out. She made an anxious moment a lot smoother than I imagined.

We are sorry you experienced an issue with picking up your keys. We experienced a very rare global system outage due to a cellular network issue out of our control. We were able to get the system back online very quickly.
