Upon reviewing your order, the tracking information shows that your order has been delivered and left in the mailroom of your building, as it seems that you have not received this, we have emailed you directly to confirm your address, more information regarding your order and a replacement set that will be sent.
We have searched for recent communication from you, the last email we have received from your email was in December 2019.
Due to this delay, we have also issued a 20% refund for your order. Our email will detail this refund also.
