I purchased a new laptop and screen. I needed a docking station for 3 screens and purchased one from the same company.
I tried for many hours over several days to make the system work.
I explained my problem to Richard who suggested I connect the new screen to the computer directly and not through the docking station.
All good. The answer was not sufficient power.
I returned the first unit and purchased a new one.
Connected it, turned it on and it worked perfectly immediately
I had a problem with my Roku TV and he worked and worked and worked and worked for me. We worked on it for almost 2 hours, but we didn't find a solution. He tried everything and it probably would've worked if I had the right password which I did not! But I want to thank him for helping me and it was a great experience with Thomas.
I have been diagnosed with prostate cancer and this is a devastating news to anyone and I am deeply saddened by it. Real people with practical answers and advice, personally tailored to what I need, I am not being bombarded with overwhelming amount of answers, what else can you ask for? I would give Doctor Raza 6 stars!
Great experience! My questions were thoroughly explained and examples relevant to the questions were offered for further clarity. Timeliness and patience coupled, with minute verification, were invaluable factors during the session.
Advisor texting me with step by step instructions to see if power was getting to the heater. While doing that, I found two breaks in the wire. Bought some in line lever wire connectors and taped it all up. Closed all panels and boxes, case closed. Powered up and heated my jacuzzi.
Very misleading. Chatbot indicated $5 charge on card and it was $50. Assistant regurgitated IRS regs which is why someone would want to ask a question as the regs are difficult to understand. Not helpful at all.
This service is a Rip Off. Social Security should be ashamed of themselves for transferring me to this site. The charge of $57.00 is horrible. Want to know what this expert gave me? A phone number. My little Doxie was sick and I was doing all the things I should to get her well but was concerned about the blood. The vet explained what was going on in her body and it will take a while for her body to clear itself.
I called because one day after flying into Mexico I became ill. After six days of just getting worse, I called. Just ask to see if I needed to go to the hospital. I have a very compromised respiratory system. The doctor online gave me all the information I needed and listed the information I needed to tell the people at the hospital. He in fact suggested I get myself to emergency quickly. I was admitted and I am still here, but I might've been dead if I hadn't of called.
I sent photos to Franklin. He immediately came to a problem. I fixed it. Then, the lights did not work. Again, I sent Franklin an email. He immediately responded! Franklin helped me to fix the Fan/Light combo.
When trying to figure out if I need to take my dog to the ER in the middle of the night, I decided to try an online consult. The vet put my mind at ease and probably saved me $1000. My dog woke up feeling fine this morning and we are bringing her to her regular vet just in case.

The only reason for the 4 stars was because the waiting said it was for another Vet and not Dr. Jen. Dr. Jen was very helpful and I appreciate her kindness and response. I should have taken Myah today to the vet but Dr. Jen thought it would be okay to wait till Monday. Myah threw up a bit after the Vet closed. I'm looking for a private Veterinary Clinic instead of the one she has been going to has been sold to a corporation.
Dr. Jen is very kind and knowledgeable. I'd definitely recommend her.
When I tried to explain the merits of my situation my expert quickly interrupted me. My damages could be between 4:00 and $7,000 and was quickly told in the legal world that could be a simple rounding error. And without listening any further was further dismissed that there was probably something that I signed stating that I wouldn't have any recourse. There was no attempt to give any advice whatsoever other than I'm out of luck. I get that the amount is not a lot of money but at least for my $60 he could have taken a moment of his time to listen.

My issue was extremely complicated and extremely complex. I usually have a hard time explaining with so many details. Jerimy did not miss a step. He knew exactly what I was trying to say sometimes even before I said it.
I called still have not received a reply after 1 hour. Then I find I am charged $56.00 for no answer.
Got where to e-mail on the HULU station. Helphulu/com. What a mistake. I then called HULU directly
