Advised that I continue to monitor closely but also contacted my regular vet in the morning and they advised the same. I appreciate the reassurance that I was doing all I needed at the time. He still seems fine this morning and his diarrhea has decreased significantly!

They both were very professional and friendly. The only issue I had was I was charged the initial $1.00 which I was told that I would get back but I don't really care about that it was the $41.00 charge that showed up on my account that I was not aware of and I had to ask to have it refunded due to I was unaware of that charge. Kenmore dryer issue, F01 code
April 19, 2025

My kenmore dryer was not working properly, I got a F01 code, which means that something is wrong with the control board. The technician knew exactly how to help me & told me what I needed to know in order to make a decision about what I needed to do with the dryer. He was prompt and very helpful.

Steps outlined clearly-easy to follow

The toggle plug on my tub wouldn't go up and down when using the dial which operated the plug below. The steps outlined were clear. Brandon was patient and gave me additional pointers. I was shocked to repair it so quickly.

Great Customer Service

I somehow how clicked voice over on my phone. I could not figure out how to remove and I went to t-mobile and was told I would need to have it reset. I called just answer and they were truly amazing. I chatted for a sec and then someone called. The person that helped me was so patient, knowledgeable and helpful no matter how frustrated I was getting with my phone.

My dog bit by another
March 26, 2025

I was scared and anxious about possible infection from a puncture wound above his eye. The closed ER is an hour away. Dr Emily described explicit what to watch for, what and how to treat the wound. It was calming to get that information. Today there's very pale blood when I flushed but I didn't panic knowing that's normal. I received more help than anticipated and am very grateful for it.

Emergency vet concern resolved quickly

I had a question about my senior dog medication and overall healthy during the night and the doctor helped me promptly and it helped ease my concerns. I did what he recommended and the next day she was feeling better.
I've had a good experience with the service and recommend before running to a emergency vet consult that would end up being very expensive and would have done any differently in my situation.

Finding my printer
April 13, 2025

He correctly diagnosed my problem. I had not thought to disconnect the router too, and when I did, my phone and computer 'found' the printer. It just needed to totally reboot. I would never have thought to disconnect both the printer AND the router, too.

Taken advantage of!

I signed up for a 5.00 charge "to start with" I talked to a mechanic for less than 5 minutes and received a 44.00 charge on my CC. An hour later I received another 64.00 charge on my CC. I feel like I'm dealing with someone less than honest!

My dog ate a small piece of dark chocolate. I was so worried. The vet called n was so reassuring and gave me Ideas and info of what to do if any symptoms develop. He was so calming. And professional. God bless all vets.

Too much repetition

I wrote my phone number 7 times before a callback. I was unable to physically continue using my phone and going over and over things. I went to settings at least 5 times before I gave up and hung up.;
