My kenmore dryer was not working properly, I got a F01 code, which means that something is wrong with the control board. The technician knew exactly how to help me & told me what I needed to know in order to make a decision about what I needed to do with the dryer. He was prompt and very helpful.

He correctly diagnosed my problem. I had not thought to disconnect the router too, and when I did, my phone and computer 'found' the printer. It just needed to totally reboot. I would never have thought to disconnect both the printer AND the router, too.
I signed up for a 5.00 charge "to start with" I talked to a mechanic for less than 5 minutes and received a 44.00 charge on my CC. An hour later I received another 64.00 charge on my CC. I feel like I'm dealing with someone less than honest!

My dog ate a small piece of dark chocolate. I was so worried. The vet called n was so reassuring and gave me Ideas and info of what to do if any symptoms develop. He was so calming. And professional. God bless all vets.
I wrote my phone number 7 times before a callback. I was unable to physically continue using my phone and going over and over things. I went to settings at least 5 times before I gave up and hung up.;
