Mario helped me with my Nissan Rogue that wouldn't turn over. Battery was fine. I was told it might be an electrical problem and I should tow it to the Nissan dealership. After purchasing a cordless phone to rfinal solutions involved a cordless phone eplace the previous phone that was not functioning properly I contacted JustAnswer for their input. I had previously looked at, or read, several articles on the web to resolve my problem. All the solutions involved a cell phone rather than a cordless phone. We are now of the process of doing this the old fashioned way with paper and pencil off of a 3 page list. Very disappointing service
The vet I spoke with was very knowledgeable, empathic, and put my mind at ease when I was stressing about my pup's health. They also gave great suggestions and a plan for moving forward. Now the interface was a whole other can of worms. It constantly interrupted me while I was trying to type, suggesting questions that I can easily think of myself, and asking to rate my experience when I was still in the midst of my experience. I had to exit windows and reload over and over again to try to get rid of all the things interrupting my experience with the vet. I can say it is in the top five most annoying tech experiences I have ever had. A platform should never obscure the typing bubble, leaving me stuck and not able to properly communicate with the person I am paying to speak with.

Deuyo - very dishonest company. My dress order received- didn't fit. No packing slip or info re: return. I wrote letter to company that shipped it. No reply. On line with Deuyo service. Com. Not much help- I had to pay to get Tech. - agreed pay $5 ( it would be refunded) My credit card was charged $40 FOUR TIMES …
Also, another card because my first card ( was alert and denied charges) $40.
No info -1st Tech Didn't speak English clearly.
Still no info on return - I am turning this over to a LAWYER- Deuyo stated returns / refund. Stated dress made in South Carolina - I found out company in England. Very dishonest company..

Your page said it would cost $5 to speak with a representative and it is refundable. Well, I had no idea I would be charged $52.00. Plus your site was not working which is where your handbook is located on the web. So I thought I was talking to someone who works for GE. At no time was it stated that it would cost $52 and that he could not fix it. So now I have to get someone to come to my house who is going to charge me to fix it. In fact, he is coming tomorrow. What a rip off by GE. Next time I will just call my appliance store and save money.

Brandon described in detail what steps I should take in order. He recommended exactly what my letter should include and how to write it. He then gave further advice if I do not get a response from that and then a third step if there is still no adequate response it was very helpful and I intend to follow his advice

My Cub Cadet LT46 was starting but not cranking after a year of just sitting. I had already put in a brand new battery the day I reached out to JustAnswer. I also know nothing about small engine mechanics lol. Eric quickly diagnosed what he believed to be wrong…stale fuel due to me not putting in a fuel stabilizer before letting it sit for so long. He gave me a couple of options for self-repair and when I stated I didn't know where the parts were that he described, he had me send pics of the engine then sent them back with circles showing where the engine parts are. I did everything he told me…siphoned out the old fuel, replaced the air filter, sprayed starter fluid in the carburetor, fresh fuel in. It started and cranked perfectly! Saved me money by not sending it to a mechanic and saved time by me not searching YouTube for a video that breaks everything down!
