The deals are amazing and the quality of their merchandise is outstanding. You can purchase almost anything for your home--indoors and outdoors. Their customer service is top notch with the nicest representatives you would ever want to talk to. They are so patient and understanding. You don't have to "jump through hoops" to get a problem solved. Everything that I have ordered ships fast, even rugs. This is my go to place!

I have only received 2 items so far due to damage in transit of of a seating set. I got two rugs and may have to send one back due to color. I have 2 sets of furniture coming and I am excited to see them. I like the selection and convenience as well as the prices.
I bought the LAYLA bedspread with turquoise and orange colors. It was exactly as the picture showed on Joss and Main site. I was worried it might not look like what was pictured or not the right size (queen size) because of some bad reviews I read. But was very pleasantly surprised to find that the colors are gorgeous, and fit my bed perfectly. I received the package in only a few days and it was in great shape. I called customer service because the order did not go through on my computer, and the customer service lady was so nice, we chatted a little bit like we were old friends. She was very helpful and got my order to go through. (it was something my computer was doing wrong) I have ordered 2 times from Joss and Main, and will definitely do business with them again.
Love to review the products offered by Joss and Main on line. At present I'm not sure whether or not my order has been received since no payment information has been given.

I was somewhat hesitant to order a coffee table without actually seeing it but I did and I was BLOWN AWAY by how awesome it is! It arrived so promptly and was package very carefully to prevent damage! I LOVE JOSS AND MAIN!

This is a great shopping site, love the "LOOK"! ( the way items are displayed)... so happy to see HGTV using it for the Beach House Make overs... as it shows how the four contestants, with different points of view, can use this one site to show their individual styles... brilliant!
I was pleased with the price of the items, the delivery time, and the ease of the website. However, I was not thrilled with the $175 hidden cost for delivery. The website featured a delivery cost of $9.95 and free delivery for other purchases made within a month. Upon completing the purchase, an extra $175 charge appeared on top of the $9.95 delivery cost. Evidently, the chairs I purchased warranted an additional fee (which was not specified), but this fee was almost the same as the price for one chair! Not happy, but I need furniture... Not sure that I will purchase from this company again if they continue to sneak costs in...
When a company will not let me into their shopping arena until I give them my email address it sets one to thinking. Why is that criteria SOOOOO important before you let me shop.

Beware when purchasing furniture that Joss and Main will charge an ADDITIONAL 20-40% for stupidly slow shipping/delivery!
Charged me an addtl 24% for dresser shipping and another additional 37% for side tables/night stands.
And for the HUNDREDS of $$$ that i paid in shipping they will only drop it at the door, not in the room nor set it up. Really? I pay hundreds of $$$ for a service and you cant even set it up in the correct room? They also would NOT stay while we unwrapped the items to make sure they were not damaged. Really? Awful service.
And items arrived with damage on them. You're gonna charge me 24-37% for shipping and them its arrives damaged? Terrible business; wish i never purchased with them.
I don't understand why they should gouge us (customer) for shipping when their sister companies dont charge for shipping, or at least perhaps its built into the cost. Its false advertising to advertise a item at a "discounted price" and then recoup that discount and more via exorbitant shipping charges.
All in all, I only saved at most 8% by purchasing with Joss & Main. Wish I never did business with them.
The only nice thing I can say for them is that its generally a decent experience talking to customer service regarding item questions.
I had been looking for a new bed skirt for a California king size bed in mocha for over a year.
The ones in the retail stores, cost between $90.00 - $160.00. The one I purchased today seems reasonably priced. I am very interested to see the quality for the price. It has been my experience you get what you pay for. This is my first purchase from Joss & Main.
Very disappointed to see an "Additional Shipping" charge of $150 added at the very last step. It is really bad to have the words "Free Shipping" plastered on every page along the way then add this. The product page speaks to the high quality of the delivery service but never mentions the cost nor the fact that it would be additional. Took an very happy find, to a begrudging purchase.

Answer: Everything that I have ordered so far has been excellent. One time, the item just didn't quite look great in my bedroom. I returned it no questions asked for a full credit. Nether even paid the postage. I could have returned it for a full refund but I would had to pay the postage. In any event, very flexible on returns, which, as I say, has only happened once.

I have been mostly happy with my items because I have reasonable expectations regarding quality. I don't expect to get something for nothing. Personally, I wouldn't buy a couch unless I could sit in it first but that's just me. Joss and Main is good with damage claims and they are responsive but you need to be careful about what you buy.
