I recently had to return an item that was free shipping which came to 104.40 was charged for the free shipping charges on my return. My credit to account was 86.45. A big difference of 17.95 as a result would reconcider before I order again. Mrs V. Priolo

The Earthenware dish set was pictured as a deep coral; however, what I received was the lightest pink possible. Of course, final sale and no returns despite multiple requests to customer service. I truly feel they intentionally distorted the color to get rid of these sets.
I ordered the Irma Serving Cart back a few months ago, but didn't move into my new place until recently, so just recently opened it up from original packaging (and from storage). The product is barely anything like what it was online... The colour, which was advertised as gold, is definitely not. It's a darkish grey/silver. This was a huge disappointment, seeing as I bought it go with a 'gold' theme! But worst of all, this product was scratched and marked up all over! Clearly absolutely no care was put into packing it up, or they did a very bad paint job and didn't feel like finishing it off. It's VERY sloppy. Also, without the wheels on the cart was very wobbly - clearly it's not well made at all. I paid over $500 US (!) plus shipping for this (to Canada), and it's crap. I notified Joss & Main about my disappointment, and the response was basically "sorry too bad for you lol". Would not order from them ever again - things look beautiful and high-quality online, but it is NOT realistic apparently. Very, very, very overpriced and low quality.

I moved into my new apartment recently and now I have wanted to start getting some things organized. I like the style of this shoe and boot rack and I thought the price is reasonable. I'm looking forward to receiving it so I can organize my shoes and boots.

I would have like to have sent this item as a gift, with a message to the recipient. That was not an option, as far as I could tell. Also, when it says that the color of the item may vary from what is seen online, does that mean a completely different color, or a variation in shade? Wish that was more clear.

I ordered placemats, napkins and a table runner. I went in my checkout. I went back to review the order and the order disappeared. I went immediately back to the items and they were "in customers bag". Yea... MINE... and then it looks like I was the victim of shoplifting!
GRRR. I thought, well then, I just wont shop there anymore! BUT you guys have good stuff and I enjoy it. So, instead of going without the enjoyment of looking I decided to make you aware of this in hopes that someone would make sure that is not going to happen again.

I always find something unique, inspiring and refreshing on Joss and Main. I moved into my new home 2 weeks ago and have ordered just about anything new I need for my refreshed look from there. Always great service, great suppliers, easy to use. The one down side - the inventory doesn't last forever, so if you see something you love, buy it fast!
I was thrilled to be able to purchase some wall art that I'd had my eye on for a long time. I was holding my breath hoping they'd come back and they did. The prices were also affordable which really helped! My only frustration is that this is the first time I've purchased from Joss & Main and I didn't realize that once an item was added to my shopping bag, that it would only be held for 10 minutes! I needed more time to browse and would have purchased more, but I was running out of time. Yesterday, I found a lovely bird feeder "Callie Birdfeeder" that had just been advertised as a new event, but when I went to buy it tonight, it said the event was over. Maybe there was a glitch or something. I sure hope it comes back! I would have given a 5 star review if it weren't for those 2 things. Other than that, my experience was nice and I really appreciated the free shipping, too. Thank you!
