Ordered products in November, email confirmation said deliver by Dec 2nd, but was the 20th and I was supposed to get two trees, only got one! This place is a joke - glad the first purchase I made was small!

I found what I wanted quickly and the ordering process was very quick.
I bought everything (also bought some of these items from a sister site; Wayfair) from bedding, sheets & a comforter set to a Beautiful Lounge Chair to a Sideboard & everything came Very well packaged, no damage to any glass or furniture I bought. The furniture except for an ottoman I purchased came as it looked on the websites. The Ottoman I speak of is gorgeous but on the site it is a suede material & I received a faux black leather, it's a Safeviah Designer Ottoman so it's beautiful as I said but not what I wanted...& I live in Canada so I am not interested in shipping it back so I am using it as a seat and I ordered another Ottoman! I will say I spent over $4,000 & I am very happy about all my other purchases that I will continue to shop with Joss & Main & Wayfair!
