I looked at a lot of sites for a dress for our son's wedding... Finally, found JJ's and sure glad I did! Dress arrived quickly, looked and fit as described. It was absolutely beautiful and I got a ton of compliments on it.
BE WARE! Last year, I purchased a custom-order dress and used their "try-on" program to decide on what I was going to wear to a wedding. It was a seamless purchase. This year in March, I made the mistake of using the "try-on" program again, along with ordering a dress for purchase. They say on their website that they accept returns. Now for the WARNING. I added a purchase to the "try-on" order I placed, and returned everything I tried on, along with the purchased item, which was too large for me. I did not receive the return for the purchase to my credit card. I had purchased an additional dress, which was also too large, and that one came without an invoice. Making it impossible to return. I have reached out to their "customer service" portal, the only way to contact them, with no return labels being sent to me, nor any refunds given. DON'T make the same MISTAKE I did. Avoid this site altogether if the dress might not fit.

We checked that one of your orders is a try-on order and the dress you want to return in the other order can be applied return on our website by yourself.
Kindly note that the try-on cost is not refundable. The fees you pay for the try-on dresses help to cover partially the cost of shipping the dresses to you and back to us. You may refer to our try-on return policy: https://www.jjshouse.com/en/help/returns-refund
For the other dress you want to return, our customer service helped you the first time you contacted us on how to apply return by yourself but we noticed that you didn't apply. So when you contacted us the second time, we offered you the return label you needed.

I had a great experience with try it before you buy it! I ordered a total of four dresses. I did the three and get one free, after trying them on in my own home, love that, I paid for the one that we really liked and I shipped the other ones back. It was an easy process would definitely do it again.

I LOVE the 'try on" process. I found a MOB dress I loved two years ago and now just found another one I need for next year. It is 10 times better than shopping in a bridal store and settling for something I didn't like, dealing with impatient and pushy sales people and high prices! I would highly recommend JJs to anyone.

I tried on several dresses through the Try On program. Even though I never was sent the color I requested, I got a good idea of the different styles & how they looked on MY body. The return policy was effortless & timely. I did not order a custom fit dress since the size 14 fit me well. I have had all my bridesmaids choose their dresses from JJ House since they offer a diverse selection & hassle free try on program. I will definitely buy from JJ House in the future.

I think JJs offers a quality product and certainly lots of choices-if you're built like a tall, skinny model. All the products i tried were quality but could be better. For instance, not everyone has someone to help them dress; why not side zippers?

I purchased a dress for a wedding and it took close to three weeks to receive. Once I received the shipment the box was opened, crushed and the inner plastic that the dress was in was also opened and exposed. There was no return label or receipt. I notified JJ House immediately, providing pictures etc.
They do NOT stand behind any conditions in receipt of purchase and shipment.
They make it a terrible experience and still not refunding me or sending me a return label upon multiple requests.

As a gesture of goodwill, we issued a free return label and waived the restocking fee on November 11,2024, taking into account your previous experience. However, upon reviewing the return label, we found there is no tracking information, indicating that the parcel has not yet been handed over to the courier.
Please note that we can process a refund only after receiving the returned items. We kindly request that you return the parcel at your earliest convenience so we can resolve this matter promptly.

Excellent customer service beautiful dresses at a affordable price.
Shipment was on proper timing. Outfit was almost true to size, body was perfect except shoulders were a little big so had to be altered for me. Length was also long for me and had to be altered as well. Really loved outfit. Very happy overall
