The process to purchase is easy, why? Because the product you ultimately get is NOT what the photo looks like unless you use a magnifying glass. My sons made a mother's ring for me for Mother's Day and the side stones were so small we couldn't tell which one was which. It's companies like this which makes shopping on the Internet suspect. Go to a brick and mortar store so that you can get a quality product. If you do get something DO NOT take off the store tag because if you do you will not be able to get a refund.

Bought a necklace for my wife for her first mother's day on their website the Sunday before (a whole week before). I paid extra on shipping to ensure I had it in time and was told I would receive it on Thursday. These scumbags DIDN'T PUT THE NECKLACE IN THE MAIL UNTIL SATURDAY (the day before Mother's day) and it didn't arrive until Monday. So my wife wouldn't have a present to open on her first mother's day because these schmucks couldn't keep their word and deliver when they promised. Trying to even get a hold of customer service rep was bad and when I finally did it was an absolute nightmare.

This is the worst online shopping experience I have ever had, and would suggest to anyone who reads this to stay well away from Jewlr. They're a bunch of frauds!

All around poor quality. I'll start with the stones they look completely fake and plastic and even upgraded to the better stones. Then after my wife has worn the ring for less than 12 hours the ring turned her finger green. By the way the jewelry tag has to remain on to be able to return the item. But how are you suppose to know the jewelry will turn you green if you can't wear it with the tag attached? Because who wants to wear a ring with a piece of string and plastic tag attached to it. I have yet had a chance to speak with anyone from there but I promise you it probably won't go over to smooth. So save your money and go to a actual store and don't be fool by these cheap asses. By the way I spent 275 dollars on a ring just Incase anyone thinks I spent the least amount of money I could.

I was fortunate to find Jewlr when spontaneously googling for a place to order a Mother's Ring for myself. They have a beautiful selection of settings and so many customizable options that allow you to create exactly what you're picturing. And the pictures do not do justice to the finished product -- I received my ring yesterday (a day earlier than scheduled!) and it was so far beyond my expectations. I am so proud to wear it! Jewlr followed up by email/text several times during the process. Great customer service, excellent products!

Website was very easy to use. My ring actually came in the mail a lot earlier than it was said too even though I ordered it a week before mothers day. I am extremely happy with the service great communication via email and text messages. However, the engravings are tiny and so is the actual ring. My mom is a size 7 and the stones are small as well. I have not worn it because it is a gift for someone else I am hoping the quality is what they promised and I am very worried about that given the current concerns. They need to include a picture of it on someone's finger to show actual size.

1st Purchase: Rose Gold Name Necklace quality of nameplate great however the chain was flimsy.
2nd: Husband bought a ring received tarnished.
3rd: Bought gift for my niece's 16th birthday was supposed to arrive Thursday last week. I figured even if it arrive on the Friday i will be ok. It is now Monday and it hasnt arrived yet. She is from out of town and i would never have purchases it if I knew i wouldnt have it for the weekend.
3 strikes and Im done with company. From quality to delivery issues its not worth my time.

I purchased a nice 10k family piece with four stones, and engraving.
The overall shopping experience was great with a very polished website and order customization process.
The ring was produced and shipped within a week of ordering, and arrived on time as expected.
The ring is nice, the engravings look good and are actually slightly larger than the website showed(which is a good thing since I was concerned they would be too small to read as others have mentioned)
I ordered a diamond(cubix), emerald(genuine), topaz(genuine) and ruby(genuine). The cubix diamond and genuine topaz are acceptable I feel, but the ruby and emerald are so opaque that they look plastic.
I immediately started the refund process as I felt very disappointed with the stone quality, especially having paid the upgrade to genuine stones (except diamond).
I will update this review with my return experience, as I am slightly concerned with how it will go.

My experience with Jewel was fantastic! I ordered a mother's ring with 7 jewels across a band. I was shocked when I received it and it was such a quality piece. The band is very thick and each stone is pristine. I have had a dream of making this ring (which is actually a family ring with my husband and my stones also) for almost 10 years. I knew we weren't done having kids so I waited until I was sure our family was complete. I never imagined I would be able to obtain such a beautiful piece at such an affordable price. Having five daughters I couldn't afford to spend thousands of dollars to have a custom made heirloom. Jewel allowed me to do this at an exceptional value without compromising any of the quality. I would recommend this company to anyone! I also utilized the free resizing option that they offer because I ordered my ring half a size too big. The process was quick and customer service was accommodating and user friendly. I am delighted to have my ring and it will never leave my finger. Thank you to Jewel for helping to fulfill a dream of mine beyond what I ever imagined.

I was extremely satisfied with the recent purchase of a family ring. It arrived within one week of ordering, it has a one-year guarantee and it had free sizing which was unnecessary as the ring fit perfectly. It is 10 karat gold with three genuine birthstones. The quality of the ring is excellent and the price was easily 50% less than what I would've paid in a jewellery store. This will be a ring that gets passed from generation to generation!

This Company has it together from communication, to shipping, to professionalism. Ordered an engraved 3 heart cluster engagement ring. The Express shipping was only 15$. I had a question about the shipping... talked to a real person through instant messenger. They were so prompt. Very friendly. The ring got here so quick. It was absolutely Gorgeous. The engraving was perfect. It was a surprise proposal and was half size to big. They size for free. I will definitely order from them again. Quality product, Amazing company. Love it.
