The ring I have just received is perfect. It is very well designed and the customisation detail is fantastic. For the price, quality and customer service Jewlr get 10/10. I wasn't sure what to expect as this was my first order, but I absolutely love my new jewellery. I 100% recommend this company!
I spent almost $200 on a custom ring for my mother for Christmas
Immediately upon opening the box I was in absolute shock at how cheap it looked and how the photos online looked much better than the actual product
The ring looks like it was bought from Walmart for $50
Because it was too close to Christmas for me to change gifts I gave it to her anyways
It's only January 26th and the ring is scratched up dull and the engraving is barely visible (though you could barely see it to begin with)
I expected much better quality for the price
I was way more impressed with the custom box than I was with the ring.
This necklace with my initials area perfect size for me. If you want a bigger circle get large. Nice chain all sterling silver very pleased. Will order again for sure!
I wish I could give it 10 stars I will be shopping here again I m so happy with my bracelet

I have ordered several times now and will continue to shop with Jewlr. The prices are awesome, the quality is great and when I did need something minor fixed, they were kind, compassionate and quick to help me out. Their selection is incredible and includes almost anything you can think of with personalization and/or birthstones too. Would recommend this company to everyone!
I was so excited to get my product. It showed a picture of the pendant next to a quarter and the pendant looked bigger than the quarter when in actuality it is the same size. The picture also made the stones inside the pendant quite noticeable and they are not at all. You can hardly see them at all. I was already planning my next purchase before this arrived, but won't be ordering anything else from Jewlr as you don't get what you expect.
The ring i purchases for my fiance was amazing. Unfortunately i had picked a rose gold accent which she did not care for. I contacted them to see about having the rose changed out for yellow gold and they were very accommodating. In the beginning i took a chance on a company i had never heard of, but i found their product to be so amazing. The ring was returned earlier than expected and my fiance is so incredibly in love with this ring. Thank you so much Jewlr. I will order from you again.
Had a few issues with ordering my husband's Ring. Not turning up on time for xmas. Getting lost in transit, so had to wait for another ring to be made. With all this going on, jewlr did keep me update through out and sorted the issue very well. Received the ring in time for my husbands 50th birthday. Thankyou Jewlr. The ring is beautiful.

I ordered a mother's ring for myself for Christmas. Great selection of styles and a very cool feature on the site that shows you what your ring will look like with your stones. I ordered on a Monday and had my ring in a week. I opened the book and just loved it! More beautiful then I even expected! Fit great, I used sizing guide on the website. Beautiful jewelry, fast service. Plus a pretty free gift and reasonable prices.

I purchased a gold family tree necklace for my wife with birthstones of our children. The piece of jewelry is absolutely beautiful. The gemstones (I purchased the synthetic) are beautiful. I would like to note that the company sells a cubic zirconia for April rather than diamond. I preferred this for cost but I'm sure others may wish to have the diamond. There is not an option to select this on the company's site though they provide options to choose either geologic or lab synthesized stones. I expect the company would make custom.

I was a little skeptical at first just because it seemed too good to be true. But I saw the product and it was great and creative I'm definitely different from everything else I've seen. I actually received it about a week earlier than I was supposed to and the best part was that they called me and let me know exactly when it will be in my hands. The best part of the whole experience was how down to earth the representative that was helping me was her name is Phoenix.
