When I first ordered from Jewlr, it was a promise ring for my girlfriend that I wanted to gift her before leaving for basic training in the Marine Corps. I ordered it in the middle of August, the back to the school sale saved me $50 on the ring and customized box. I thought it was too good to be true. The ring arrived 4 days early so I could propose it before basic, and it was amazing, a great material with no loose parts or damage anywhere. The ring was beautiful and my girlfriend loved it. Thanks to Jewlr I got this ring at a fair price without paying ridiculous jeweler fees that most businesses charge.

I was looking for a fine ring to use as a knuckle ring. I found the perfect ring on this site ~ it's absolutely beautiful! I also received a free gift ~ a very pretty necklace with an adjustable chain so I was able to shorten it to the length I wanted. So happy with my purchase(s) ~ would definitely recommend!

The original ring order arrived with some finishing issues. After sharing photos of our concerns, customer service was prompt to provide return Instructions for repair. Additionally, we needed the ring two sizes smaller. Jewlr also promptly refunded the premium for the size originally ordered. After about 2 weeks, we inquired as to the status of the repair and within hours we received a reply with the estimated date of delivery. We had an upcoming family reunion over the July 4 holiday and very much wanted to share this occasion with them. We asked if possible, could we receive ring on or before July 3. Again, within hours of our request, customer service said delivery could be expedited for July 3. The ring arrived as promised and was exactly what we hoped for! If customers are looking for quality, value and excellent customer service, look no further. Thank you Jewlr for an outstanding experience!

I recently purchased a mens ring on this website with engravings. We got the ring pretty fast and loved it, but unfortunately a week later it was ruined. I contacted customer service and they apologized for the inconvenience and sent a replacement ring no charge. We greatly appreciate this because we were no expecting that we just wanted to inform them of the problem. Thank you so much we will definitely stick to you for future services!

I was referred to Jewlr by a friend who had purchase a ring from them. I was looking for a wedding ring but didn't want a normal silver band.

After looking on the site I was impressed by the choice and eventually picked one. Unfortunately it was one size too small but Jewlr sent out a replacement straight away.

The quality of the ring is very good and I am very happy with that I have purchased.

This place is a joke! Made a purchase from there and the item I received looks nothing like what I was purchasing. Craftsmanship was horrible so I decided I would return it. They have a 99 day return policy but unfortunately with kids and life in general I was not able to meet the 99 days. I emailed them prior to sending the item back stating it would be after the 99 day period and I was told, "You do not have to worry about the needed time to send the item to us". I recently received a call from the company stating they would not be giving me a refund but instead they could issue me store credit. I explained that I would never be shopping there after my first experience and they stated that was the only option. I told them that I was assured I would get my money back and emailed the company stating the item would be returned after their 99 day policy and I was assured that was fine. They stated that was an error and I shouldn't have been told that but still they would not honor their word and refund my money, insisting all they could do was issue me store credit. Beyond unsatisfied and annoyed that they have $350 of mine and the item I purchased and will do nothing about my refund I am owed.

This Mothers ring blew me away when I first opened the package. The sparkle was nearly blinding. This ring surpassed all of my expectations. It's a little scary ordering items online but take my word that this company keeps you totally in the loop of the entire process. My daughter in law was so excited when she opened the box. She couldn't stop looking at it. When she went outside she was also blown away from the intense color dispersion. The wow factor is unbelievable. She cried happy tears. Thank y'all for making her Mother's Day unforgettable. I'll be ordering at least 3 more Mothers rings in the near future.
