First and foremost, the ability to CUSTOMIZE jewelry like this is innovation at it's finest, if you want to tell somebody you love them this website offers several ways for you to do it in your own unique way. Though the pieces are much smaller than anticipated, I wouldn't buy an engagement ring here, but they still look phenomenal and everyone I gave a custom piece to enjoyed theirs (3 persons) especially the woman I love which was most important. Size doesn't always matter! Lastly, I have to mention the customer service, some websites you send emails, call, and walk 500 miles just to reach somebody and have them them help you, I sent ONE email and they got back to me within a day. Truly outstanding and great business, I hope this company goes as far as those big name places that offer the same old everything.

My boyfriend had previously bought me a promise ring from PEOPLE'S Jewellers and the ring was very very pretty but didn't hold up too well. After a couple months the entire band had been bent and the stones were cloudy. I had purchased his promise ring from Jewlr and we were more than happy with it. It was exactly how we wanted it, it fit perfectly and the engraving was just too cute. So about a year later, my boyfriend lost his ring at work and i ordered him a new one (the same ring, just a different engraving font) so he went ahead and ordered me a new ring, this time from Jewlr. Our rings ended up coming on the same day and I bawled my eyes out when I saw them. These rings were the most gorgeous rings ever, and I couldn't even believe they were ours, and for so cheap! We were beyond happy with them, and to this day our rings are still as perfect as the day we received them. My ring is very sparkly still and the engraving still looks brand new. I designed a family ring on Jewlr and hinted to my husband using the clever online feature of their website.

He surprised me with the ring which was a yellow gold caged claddagh with our birth stones inside.

The ring was much larger than expected and absolutely beautiful. People stop me everywhere I go to ask about the ring. It's literally eye-catchingly beautiful and unique.

We did order the wrong size, and we in the middle of the atlantic when he gave it to me (on holidays) so we had the ships jeweler resize it. He commended on the quality of the ring and was shocked to know we designed and bought it online.

Wanted to find something different which Jewlr had in bucket loads. Ordered on Thursday, email on Friday confirming postage to UK, email Monday to advise posting, arrived Tuesday - theres many UK based companies who wouldn't be able to deliver that quick.

Rings are beautiful and very comfortable to wear. We love the fact that there won't be many of them around the UK.

I had gotten a ring from my boyfriend he purchased from jewlr. I loved it so much! A few weeks after he left on a mission, the stone fell out- I was devastated. As a new college student, I worried that it would be expensive to fix, and I wouldn't be able to afford it. But after reaching out to jewlr on their easy to use website, I found it affordable and easy to ship back my ring for repairs! I got it back fairly quickly and it's beautiful!
