Ordered a birthstone ring for my granddaughter. I was given the option to order two additional items at a discount.
One of the aquamarine stines fell out the first day. The necklace changed colors after one week. The ring was not cheap. Junk jewelry.

Selecting and "making" the ring was so much fun. With my ring being a "high value" ring I had to speak to a manager to verify it was me and make sure everything correct. Later I had to change the size and there was no issues, extra charges or anything, just happy to oblige. I had a set date it was being shipped and to my pleasure it was overnighted, I had it the next day! It is perfect! Exactly as I pictured it, and fits perfectly! I ordered a ring for my mom's 50th birthday, the process of picking out a ring with custom birth stones was so simple and detailed, but I was disappointed that I had ordered too late and it would actually be arriving a day later than her birthday, but it came early! I got it 2 hours before our celebration for her and was able to give it to her. She loved it, and started choking up. Overall a great experience, and if I need another ring I'll be sure to go to Jewlr!
