Great products, really easy to navigate the site. I love how affordable it was. And the offer price ranges for everything. Plus they offered delivery by Valentine's Day. That's a plus I'm at very happy... can't wait the see my wife's face when she see it..
I ordered February 9th for 2 day shipping free, however unless I pay 9.95 for guaranteeing February 14 the it would not arrive until February 16. Their math only works to their benefit.

The ring is very poor quality the names are coming off and it has changed to a copper colour. Won't be buying from there again.
Ordering was easy, products are good, however customer service is woeful. I ordered a charm but the stone fell out. It has now been 3 weeks of writing emails, waiting for responses, not being able to contact anyone. I was charged for postage to return the item, but they failed to tell me that the fee was for THEM to return the item to me, so another delay. This was supposed to be a birthday present, but has turned into a horrible experience. Never again will i use them. At this point in time, they have not responded to an email I sent a week ago.
Just ordered a ring. The shopping and navigation through the website is great. I was also able to make a last minute purchase to arrive before Valentine's day. I received a great price as well!

My first purchase, and tho I have not yet received product, the shopping experience is 5 Star rated. The website is best I know of, from remembering the gemstones of the first ring I selected and applying to all rings in the full line up, to the option of delivery dates, from standard delivery to two day service, to providing a third option which I truly wish other companies would offer. A shorter then standard, but longer then the fastest, option... this 3rd choice allows for a more precise delivery date which I would give a give a 6th star if possible. I look forward to a product equally Amazing when it arrives. Thank you JeWLR! Keep up the Great work!

Neck chains are to short, should be 22 in. Each chain I get is too short. I one that came with the family tree neck chain can not wear too short
