My girlfriend and I ordered rings for each other the other day. Once we got the rings they were too big for the both of us, and we both ordered the correct size for each other based on the sizing chart they provide, but yet, they were too big. I had emailed customer service three times within five days period without a response back. My girlfriend ended up calling them after the third email was sent when no one had replied back. When she called customer service she was put through a line with the machine with her having to leave a voice mail instead of actually talking to any anyone. With that she left a very concerned voicemail for them to notice that there is a problem. The day after she left the voicemail I finally got a email back from an employee. I had asked her multiple questions about our rings, and she only replied with one answer from the email that I had sent to her. She was unable to answer my questions in one email forcing me to send more emails asking the other questions and yet she would reply with one of the questions answered. With that, both my girlfriend and I got frustrated. I would recommend anyone to look somewhere else, even if it cost more, because I would rather have quality service and pay more than deal with this again.

I love this site, beautiful custom jewelry. This is my 2nd order in less than a year. If I had to think of one down fall of the site is the amount of time it takes to get your peice. Not worth the price!

I ordered a ring for Valentine's Day with my sons names and birthstones. The engraving job just looks cheap and will probably wear off quickly. The ring is MUCH smaller and thinner than the picture. I paid several hundred dollars for a ring that looks like it came from Claires for $10. Won't order again.

Extremely disappointed

My daughter bought me a family ring with 5 stones for Christmas. The silver was so soft that in less than two weeks the ring was completely bent and disfigured and on the verge of cracking. I had to take it to another jewelers to get a whole new backing put on it so it could withstand the wear of daily wearing. When my daughter told them about it their response was, "oh sorry, you should have sent it back and we could have maybe done something." Why are they selling such low quality work to begin with? Very disappointed as this was such a special gift and maybe I could have checked with Jewlr first before the other jeweller did something but I didn't want to disappoint my daughter. They won't even compensate her for their original shoddy work.

Stay Away!

I ordered two rings from this place. Their sizing is off for starters. They charge you for resizing. They are a Canadian company & apparently their sizing is different. Secondly, the lab created stones look like cheap plastic from your local craft store. The engraving is nice but it's all way over priced for the end result. They're NOT about making the customer happy or standing behind their so called customer satisfaction. Their response to my claims is to charge me in order to make it right. Really?! FYI that is NOT standing behind the quality of the product!

So I'd say stay away and not get taken for $200+ from this company!
