I'm happy with the ordering process and free gift, my only small issue was I was sized as a (Y) UK, and the ring went from x1/2 to z. Hopefully the size is OK.

It was great options for not a bad price easy to figure out the layout was great and prices weren't super high. I enjoyed having the options for different designs colors and sizes were great. The little hints and information is all there I dont feel like i had to read between the lines.

The rings are beautiful and decently priced however the name engraving is not very legible and not sure it should even be a feature listed unless it could be improved.

My wife secretly emailed me her request and while she is sleeping... I ordered it! I love this because the ring she chose and designed is perfect! I want to honor her time spent designing this special ring and to show her how much I love, care and appreciate her.

I loved creating my own customized ring with my husband it was a very sentimental experience. It was for our 11 year wedding anniversary

Had our rings made here. My partner's ring ring fell out. Having sent the ring back they said the ring was bent. How is that even possible. So I had my ring check at a jewellery shop and they found a flaw in the design. It's thin and the base making it weak and of poor quality. Further more the refund I got was not the full £204 but £50 less. Rip off company. Would not recommend to anyone.

I ordered a ring that looked beautiful. However the shank was extremely thin and has bent and broken only after wearing it for 3 weeks.
