The ring is only two months old a stone already fell out, it turned my finger green and the ring itself is already discolored. Horrible product and very dissatisfied

I bought my mom a ring from here for her birthday. Loved getting to personalize it with my siblings birthstones. They have cute designs too. But within a month of having the ring and only wearing it a handful of times, one of the stones had fallen off. There's a one year warranty but you still have to pay the shipping both ways. I already spent a lot of money on the ring and then to have to spend more because it was made poorly is dissapointing. That should be included when it's a manufacturer's error.
Even though I like the premise of the site, I won't buy from them again. When I spend that much money I want to know it's going to last.
One of the stones fell out within a month of my wife wearing it. When I contacted the company about it I was met with no response.

Very nice and easy to build the perfect mother's ring... If you get the wrong name on the birth stone you can go back and edit it... Very easy to build the perfect ring for mothers... I got this for my wife for mother's day present... I hope she likes it and after I built the ring and got the birth stones and the kids and her name on it to... I put both kids birthstones and my wife's birthstone on it all so and had Ma put on it in stead of her name because that is what the kids call her... The stones are reasonable priced and are shaped... Thx Tommy

I thought is was easy to do as well as helpful and easy to use create the ring I like and wanted. It goes into a a setting where I can create the ring which includes metal ring size and whatever kind of stones I want placed in there
This was the first site I could do so much detail to really make the gift one of a kind. I just wish you had more of a selection with 13 birthstones so I could get my mom a grandma pendant. Instead I just did her children instead of grand-kids.
