I ordered a reversible flip ring and it arrived more than a week early! The online ordering system was extremely pleasant and easy. And I trusted the site more knowing it was Canadian and not in China.
The ring I ordered, arrived promptly and was packaged beautifully, but there was a small issue with one of the engravings (a letter was missing at the end of a name). Customer service was superb! I returned the ring (at Jewlr's expense) to have it fixed. I had it back within about a week and it was perfect! My Mother loved her Christmas gift.:)

They offer free resizing but don't tell you shipping and re-engraving is not free. It costs around $35 for re-sizing.

Answer: Hi Eri We have both genuine and simulated stones. All genuine stones are unique and come in various colors. Some are lighter than others and, depending on the stone, some will have more inclusions. They are also very difficult to photograph and accurately depict on a website Simulated stones are created in labs so they wont have the same variations of a genuine stone.
