My brother in law asked me to help him find a special piece of jewelry for my husband's sister to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. When we could not find anything we really liked at local jewelry stores, I started shopping on line & found this beautiful mother's family tree pendant with genuine stones placed in the branches of the tree at JEWLR. Shopping experience was perfect - I could place the gems on the tree in the order I preferred, see what it would look like & re-arrange them several times to get the most appealing placement. I could choose from several styles of engraving to add the family name onto the pendant. Once the order was placed, I got several emails to confirm the purchase, let me know when the item would be delivered, and instructions on how to track my item. The pendant arrived as scheduled, perfectly packaged in a lovely presentation box. My brother in law was blown away - the pendant is stunning! The enclosed card had his message written in beautiful script. There was also a card explaining what each stone was and what month it represented. And there was a lovely heart necklace included with his purchase as well. I am beyond amazed! What a wonderful purchase, reasonable price, and excellent shopping experience! Thank you. I know my sister in law will be very pleased to receive this lovely, meaningful necklace. You have a client for life!

I received a rose gold lotus necklace about a year ago that was beautiful and dainty, and I loved it. Since then, I have had to have it repaired 3 times because the chain keeps breaking. I don't have a single other necklace that I've had to repair even once, and I wear necklaces daily. Each time the necklace broke, it was after it came in contact with chlorinated water. The company claims it uses real 10K gold, but I find it unusual it can't withstand pool water. Again, never had this happen to a single other necklace, so I really can't recommend this company at all, even though the necklace is beautiful.

Spent over $200 carefully selecting/designing a special keepsake ring for my daughter. When the ring arrived it looked nothing like the picture that confirmed before I placed my order on the web page. The band is very thin and you can barely read the tiny skew printed message. I ordered a lovely ring and the thick band complimented the design. Thin and dainty is what arrived. I'm taking it to a proffesional jewler to asses if the stones and silver are real. I have my doubts after searching Jewlr complaints after I placed my order. Too late to cry over spilt milk.

I purchased a name necklace for my granddaughter, Alyssa to give to her for her birthday. I had never ordered fine jewelry on the internet and was a little worried. I felt much more comfortable after reading all the wonderful reviews and now, I am happy to say I am another happy customer. The necklace is beautiful and the quality is excellent. I included a couple of pictures of Aly wearing it today!

Jewlr got in touch with me soon after I wrote my review. After a couple of emails they told me they would be making my necklaces in silver for me (I had ordered them in 10k gold) so that I wouldn't be completely out. I had already called it a loss considering the amount of time that had passed and I didn't think they would do anything about it, so I'm grateful for some resolution. Because of the customer service I would consider ordering from here in the future.

This is the third time I bought a ring from Jewlr. The quality and design of the rings were as the description and the photos shown on the website.

The customer service is amazing.
The first time I ordered a ring, I was skeptical. And I got the wrong ring size. Jewlr offered to send another ring with the same description (already mentioned from my record without me having to go through the order process) and allowed me to keep the first ring to avoid shipping charges.

The rates, materials, quality, customer service, and products are A1and I would definitely purchase from them again. The free gifts which come with select purchase are also good quality and actually usable (not breakable through regular, normal usage).

Overall, Im extremely satisfied and content with my purchases and would recommend others to purchase from this source.

I take my ring purchases seriously and have not even been close to disappointed once with these products.

From the creating of the ring, to receiving the ring, the experience was beyond excellent. My wife wanted a Mother's Ring and wanted one that was unique to her. We were able to put together the ring that she has been looking for. The ring shipped and was received by the time we were told we would get it. When we opened the box we were both incredibly happy with the way this ring looked. The quality is remarkable and you can tell a lot of time and love was put into making it for us. My wife and I would like to thank Jewlr for your excellent service. We are first time buyers but will definitely be using your services again and telling our friends and family about you. Ordered JWLP0122 - Organic Caged Hearts Pendant, paid for express shipping and got the item just in time for my 15 year anniversary. However the pendent looked nothing like the picture on their site, the jewels are not even visible, and to top it off there was a burn mark on the pendent. None the less i had no choice to present it to my wife and she wasn't happy and asked if we can return it. You know its bad if your wife does not at least pretend to like a gift. No problem right they have a 99 day return, wrong didn't read the policy before i bought this item. Turns out they don't refund shipping or pay for return shipping. Now i am out $30 on a defective item! Never again will i buy jewelry from this place! I would recommend staying away from this company. Spend your money elsewhere.
