Great, so far!

I've avoided these guys like the plague until their reputation seemed to improve online with Google shopping. I've only ordered once so far. Shipping was super fast and price was fantastic.

I'll definitely update this if that changes, but I just left Amazon PERMANENTLY because of the BS going on over there, and closed my 16 year old account with them.

Jet usually has the cheapest price and seems to be improving their poor reputation, and really upping their customer service experience game. I'll use them again for sure. Happy customer here so far.

Update: Second order, I could not get the Triple15 discount to work. Called customer service, which was in AMERICA (FCK Yeah!), and they were super. Gave me a new code, boom, it worked and another fantastic experience. Plus I was able to reward my customer service guy with lunch or some other two options.

I'm a huge fan. Loving Jet 100%. Amazon, suck it with your fake $#*! reviews. Jet comin at ya!

Jet left out parts
January 5, 2017

I ordered a go cart for my niece's hoverboard it was cheaper than most other places, however when it arrived it had no instruction manual and no nut or hardware to attach the caster wheel. As a result she has not been able to use it yet. Lowes did not have the nut and I had to go to a specialty hardware store to get the fine threaded metric nut to use to attach the caster wheel. Never again will i order from JET.

Change or cancel order

Product I ordered and what they acknowledged were not the same. I called immediately to find out what happened and was told that since I did not call within 30 minutes, which I did call within 30 minutes of receiving the acknowledgement, the order could not be changed or cancelled. I called credit card company to dispute charge and just for reference I ask the agent to check the time the charge was processed and I was within the 30 minutes. I now know why I do business with Amazon and not Jet, this was my first and last order with Jet.

So I ordered some dog treats, Geritol and shaving gel. THEN I looked at SiteJabber reviews. I immediately got concerned. I don't know why I didn't check it first but it was too late.
Despite the negative comments on SiteJabber my experience was good. I didn't need the items in two days and it actually took 3 to receive all of them. I used the coupon code and got my discount, too.
I'm going to give them another chance and glad I did.
Addendum - July 27. Okay. 2nd order placed and received. Took 4-6 days because of weekend and everything worked out. Ordered brand names except for a cotton wrap meant for a baby and all showed up as promised.
I'm a real customer and can give you details if you doubt this post.
Definitely take advantage TRIPLE15 coupon code for additional savings. I'll wait until I need something before I order again.

I placed an order on 10/6 and on 10/12 I receive an email that I am receiving 2 refunds. I call the company and am told that even though Jet.com may show a certain amount of items, once the order goes to another company, they may be out of that item. Why aren't these partner sites updating their amounts on jet.com?
Under the order information it stated my order shipped on 10/8 with the arrival dates of 10/13-10/17. When I clicked the tracking number, the USPS site told me the tracking number could not be located. Why was the order marked as shipped and with a bad tracking number, before the item had even shipped?
It's obvious my order didn't ship when this partner company said it did!
I find it unsettling that jet.com does business with partners that don't update their information, marked orders as shipped when they weren't, and give out bad tracking numbers.
I'll save myself the headache and spend the extra money and go back to Amazon.

I ordered 2 end tables and 1 coffee table for around $700
The coffee table showed up in a box that looked like it was thrown down the stairs and was falling apart.
I took it out and hoped it was damaged because it took forever to show up.
It was damaged and the box was trashed.
Now they refuse to take it back unless it's boxed again.
It's a 138lb table lol
Jet.com is a horrible company and I'll never use them again.

Ordered $56.71 product... needed it as soon as possible... notified it had been shipped and would arrive on or before January 9. Received a note to rate the delivery? After hours of frustration usps said no package was shipped in December. Having talked to FOUR people jetheads barf... they knew no shipment was made... after the first two said lost in shipment... unethical scamming people... they had no intention of informing me they charged my account for product they didn't have! I'm starting over for item needed in December. Save yourself from MAJOR HEADACHE and LOSS!

I ordered 4 items on 2/10/17.1st shipped right away and product received was not what I ordered so I sent it back the NEXT day. Still waiting on a refund to my card for that return. 2nd and third products showed up within 6 days - Hey they were right! Last item has yet to show up, I tried cancelling it (three days BEFORE it even shipped) but was told I couldn't. And it still hasn't arrived. Customer service is pleasant but unempowered.

Make up your own mind.

I bought a pair of shoes thinking it'd be safe since jet offers cost free returns. I got the shoes and they didn't fit. I couldn't figure out how to return them from my phone, so I forgot about it and went on vacation. When I reteturned, I again tried find the return process but could not. Then I read that returns don't work from a mobile device (even though I placed my order that way). By the time I got access to an pc, my 30 days passed (by a day) so the return button was removed from the site. I called jet and Olivia unapologetically told me I cannot return the shoes since I cannot laccess the return button. I don't have a lot of extra time to deal with nonsense like this, so I will not use jet.com again. I'll just go to brick and mortar store where you can try things on and decide right then and there if it's the right product... no nonsense rules or return buttons to deal with.

Poor Customer Service Experience. I placed my order on May 31. On June 2nd, I received an email that the order had been shipped with a tracking number. It is now June 7th, and the tracking indicates the order has not been picked up for shipment. Three phone calls and a couple emails to Jet have not resulted in any new information on the shipment. They state they have not been able to contact the vendor by phone to determine the status of my order and are waiting for a response to an email they sent.

What type of company cannot contact their vendors after several days?

This is my first and last order with Jet.com!

Not reliable and NOT honest. They confirmed $800 order and shipping - take money - then a day after the estimated delivery date cancel the order due to "lack of inventory" but then tell me I can still order it at over 8 times the confirmed price. Unfortuantly the ordered green house required costly site prep-- DON'T trust them -- I have no idea how long it will take or if I will get my $$ back.

I'm surprised that this company is still in business. They are a scam to get you in at a cheap price say the item is in Stock. Then they tell you your order has been jet lagged. Then you call and call thry say they are taking care of it. Then you receive a email with a fake tracking number. Then they charge your card all to find out not in UPS system then they say they are crediting your card back and you never receive the credit.

I decided to try jet.com after seeing a promotion online "TRIPLE15" which gives new customers 15% off your first three orders. Placed the code in and saw the promotion. After submitting my purchase the promo and percentage off wasn't there. I tried again to see how it behaved on a different purchase. The second time, it says the promotion isn't available because it is for new customers only. I sent an email with my concern and the response was to look for a new promotion on a future purchase. Horrible experience.

After 2 different order verification and CC verification, they wanted me to email pictures of my ID, CC, and utility bill.

Sure, let me also provide you with my SS number, birth certificate, and last tax filing.

All this just to by one product. NEVER SHOPPING on Jet.com.

Round 2 for Jet.com, and I'm done. First round, I ordered 2 pillows, red and white. The photo of the pillows and the description indicated red, but the actual pillows were black. I had to repack them and take them to a Fedex location, which is not close to me at all. For reasons I can't explain ($), I thought I'd give them another try on a coffee maker. How can they mess that up? Oh, but they did. It arrives quickly, and I open the box to find a hideous, bright white abomination instead of the stainless one I ordered. Photo on the receipt: stainless. Words on receipt: stainless. Actual product: something your friend's grandma would put on the counter next to a box of tissues wrapped in a knitted cover. So, once again, I have to repack this thing, take it to Fedex, and wait weeks for my refund. I give up. Perhaps they weren't ready to launch.

I was looking for Lestoil in my Yahoo browser and put "Lestoil" in my browser search bar. There were several options but Jet.com was the least expensive at $2.71 each if a case of 12/28oz bottles were purchased. When I clicked on it I was taken to the site and the lowest price was $3.76 and a case of 12 was not available. I can still find that price on my Yahoo search. They wrote me after my last review on another site but didn't offer to honor the price. They didn't offer anything.

So I go to the jet website and they have listed Tri-Star Oxy-Brite Laundry Detergent ''5 gallon, it was 30 bucks after all the fees they charge tax in Arkansas but their starting price was 21.66. I felt ok about being 30 for 5 gallons but they totally screwed my order. The package that arrived in the mail is TRASH BAGS now I do not know how you end up shipping a box of trash bags instead of a 5 gallon bucket of laundry soap but it really looks bad. I spoke with customer service and they are supposed to credit my account back the 30 for the trash bags and then after they credit back I can reorder the soap and they should have the item fixed. I do not know and I am not sure that I will reorder. Very frustrating and I should have done my research first and known this company's history from the multitude of complaints. BUYER BEWARE

I ordered a item from jet and received a email a day later saying my item was shipped. 5 days later I find out from ups that my item hasnt been recieved and is just sitting in a warehouse. Calling customer service is a waste they dont know anything about when I will receive my item or when it will b shipped. They wont let me cancel my order even though it hasn't been shipped needless to say I learned my lesson and will never order anything from them again.

Will not recommend JET, too involved in politics for a public business. My last order has been placed, I do not like the political aspect of the company. I wonder if many people who order JET realize JET'S owner is listed as WALMART? Check it.

I received the order. Then I have wanted to check, when they will ship it. They looked my account. Called there and then they ask I call again in 48h. Called and they said the order is canceled. Be careful with this scammers.
