James Free Jewelers is a very customer service friendly business. They treat you with much value and respect and are always willing to do what it takes to please you. I've purchased with them several times and I'm certain I will purchase with them again. The Charles Krypell ring I recently purchased with met my expectations and is a nice addition to my CK collection. This is a trusted jeweler and they offer a nice financing plan as well.

James Free Jewelers are fantastic, unfortunately, one Gucci 'running G' earring has separated from its post and I'm too nervous to take it to be fixed Incase I lose the other one due to the same circumstances. Please advise.
