It was great to walk into what, quite frankly was a much higher end jeweler than I would normally go to, and find such an enormous selection of great quality product to choose from. The staff was so friendly and willing to educate me and did not pressure me into buying something I didnt want. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back in the future.
Recently went into James Free to have some rings resized and cleaned. The service was very reasonable and the turnaround time was quick. Made my wife's 30+ year old wedding rings sparkle.
David Katz and the entire team worked swiftly to fit and clean my watches. Multiple people jumped in to quickly get me on my way with a smile.

When I made the purchase Wesley kept in touch with me by email to ensure I was keep up to date on when I was going to receive the ring. He was helpful every step of the way.
