Just received my shirt from itaylor, does not fit on any measurement detailing i ordered was not applied, i paid with paypal so it is in dispute, also the quality is not at the level they describe.
I ordered a shirt with a 16.5 inch neck. The one I received is 17 inches. I submitted multiple complaints and have recieved no response.
Three suits from iTailor... the first fit absolutely perfect, although the material is questionable, but looked great on me. 2nd try, with absolutely same measurements was a disaster and to boot, the material was tan instead of olive green. Big difference. I complained, they made another suit for me, horrific... now the fabric was whitish grey instead of the olive green... and the jacket was all twisted, the collar was 2 inches off the back of my neck, and the sleeves were made for a 12 yr old girl... I'm all done... the Asians cannot make anything of quality, and communication is a nighare...
Itailor advertise a businee call resell the Itailor stirts and suits however they should stop false avertisement, i email this business 9 time and never receive a email back don; t understand why they do business like this, never no response, to this day, tis business should take this off of thay webb page, its bad for they business, let of time lose,
It's hard to beat the prices. Some people have complained about the service, and maybe they are right. But if you are careful about measurement, I think you might do OK. I've ordered a number of shirts from them, and adjusted the measurements over time, and got to a better and better fit. Again, hard to beat the price. Service is OK, not great.
Ordered a shirt, arrived in wrong pattern, wrong fitting, button colors were different to what i selected, shirts arrived from Thailand in cheap packaging. This is what you get when you order from Indians in Thailand, just terrible!
I have just received my 5th pair of shoes from iTailor and they are great. The new lining is superb. One almost gets lost designing items with so many options available. This last pair arrived within 3 weeks of ordering. Good communication as well. I even asked for a modification not listed and they responded with a big "yes we can." Love the quality, color, fit and above all else I love the service.
After 9 months I have finally decided to give up. Money down the drain...
I bought a suit, which was delivered, but the measurements were wrong and the suit had a really weird shape. After a lot of negotiations they finally decided that they are willing to re-make the jacket - that took 1.5 month of negotiating.
I sent them all my measurements again, in fact they asked me to send them the exact measurements of the jacket itself, which I did. Then I did not hear anything for another 2.5 months, but after several reminders I got this:
"Thank you for your kind patience. Your remake jacket is now in it's final stages of production. We are extremely sorry for the delay as it required a final alteration due to a mistake in our factory. However, please be assured that it will be dispatched from our factory within the next 7 days." Another 2 months passed, during which I sent several reminders that were never replied. Finally I received:
"We are writing in reference to your ordered jacket. Due to an apparent production error, your product did not pass our quality control department and required a remake. Unfortunately, the fabric that you have initially selected has been out of stock and we tried our best to find the replacement fabric but weren't able to. Due to this serious oversight, if you allow us another chance, we would like to offer you with a complete 1 Free suit voucher."
Fine! Let's do that and finally get this over with. The message did not include any voucher, or procedure how to order the free suit, so I asked them. Until today (2 months later) they never replied even after several reminders, including the use of an alternative e-mail address and the webform (to be sure they received my message). I also checked my online account at iTailor to make sure that hadn't dropped a gift card in there without telling me, but that was also not the case.
2 weeks ago I've informed them that I had finally ran out of patience and that I expected them to reimburse the full amount for the suit. Guess what? No money, no reply...
My advice: don't even open their webpage!
