I received my pool liner in a matter of days. I have not yet been able to install it yet. The Company itself is great!

Packages came. Box of liner kinda in rough shape. Will be able to look better at liner when taking out of box.

Pure line system control box wouldn't start. Customer support was very helpful and resolved the issue. Humbled by a missing screw, who knew…lol

Good experience, but I got the wrong item. I need to send it back and get right part.

BOUGHT A BRAND NEW POOL FROM NAMCO, CAME WITH A INYO POOL CLEARWATER II FILTER. HAS TWO YELLOW WRENCH KEYS TO SECURE THE FILTER COVER THAT REGULARLY BREAK WHEN TURNED (NO MATTER HOW CAREFUL YOU ARE). BROKE 3 IN THE FIRST MONTH AT $60 FOR 2 PACK. RIDICULOUSLY BAD ENGINEERING, WILL NEED TO REPLACE EVERYTHING. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered new motor didn't think about new seal. Tech Support helped out great with that.

Had a problem with pump bearings was able to search forums and find exact bearings and seal kit needed for repair, which also connected me to instructional videos to aid in repairs. Installed and pump works great!

Did not install yet. Waiting for pool installation to be completed

The support for finding the product I needed was above and beyond. Secondly, the package arrived very quickly!

Got my order in good time but 1 rail is dented up.

Excellent, quality, price, and delivery. Wasn't exactly " plug & play". Dimensionally the same as existing Hayward. Motor terminals are on opposite side. Had to pull in new leads. New pump/ motor didn't include inlet/ outlet pipe unions. Existing unions do not match new pump. New pump DOES match newer Hayward piping though. No big deal installing. Runs awesome. Quiet, powerful. Very satisfied.
