Great price on my pool cover, and speedy delivery. Cover seems to be well made.

It was amazing being able to find parts for my older spa - Thanks for the parts diagram and dimensions on the parts pic - It really helps when you are trying to find equivalent parts.

The original motor arrived with some damage. Inyopools wuickly arranged for it to be picke up and a replacement delivered. My project is complete now with only a slight delay. Thank you!

The ordering process was easy and I received my filter in one piece this past Monday the 27 the of February. I will use inyo pools in the near future.

I am satisfied with the service so for, I haven't opened the box yet.

Very happy with product and delivery time.did need 13 tip plates but only came in 10 pack $8 and change each.to buy 3 more $14 and change each.wish I could have added additional 3 at $8 pricing..

My only complaint was the Seal/Gaskit kit that I ordered to go with the new motor, wasn't shipped together. The motor arrived the next day. The Seal /Gaskit kit arrived 5 days later. Other than that was very satisfied with the ordering process, the quality of the replacement parts and motor and their Customer Service.

Initial response to my ticket was very helpful. But when I received the recommended parts, they appeared to be wrong.

Ordered a replacement filter cartridge. Price was good and delivery was FAST and free. Only complaint is that the product was made in China. Almost sent it back. Would gladly pay more not to do business with the filthy Communists. Please avoid selling Chinese BS in the future

Easy to order, consistent delivery communications and arrival of packages. Surprised that products came from other than INYO Pools, and are not packaged as INYO Pool products.

INYOPools did an outstanding job of following up with me to make sure I received my order expediously and to my complete satisfaction. I will definitely do business with them again.

We are happy to be able to replace our non-working remote and also that there are stickers (such as for "waterfall").

I wish a set of instructions would be enclosed for installation.

Item was received as described and delivered promptly. Only negative was the packaging. Item arrived slightly damaged but still usable. Items with plastic parts should be wrapped in shock absorbing material to prevent damage during transit.
