I received the pool pump very quickly and the video/email installation instructions were very helpful. EXCEPT the instructions instructed us to reinstall an impeller ring.
After 2 amazon orders for parts that didn't fit and a couple of hours of further online searching, I ended up back at inyopools on a Q&A that indicated my pump didn't require that part at all.

Was looking at a heat pump that was on sale. The next day when i went to buy it the sale expires but INYO Pools gonored it anyway. Will now buy anything pool related from INYO.
So far the pump and kit is working well and no issues
No issues have used this service previously. Always completely efficient.
The new motor would not install to my pump due to a screw on the motor face, with (2) lock washers, interfering with the pump housing. Had to return motor and order a different brand motor of which I'm still awaiting.

Your company took my order then canceled it stating it looked like a fraud order. I talked on the phone with a young man that said he was a supervisor and his attitude was like who cares if you order or not. Then my Discover card was billed and credited multiple times. I'm not sure if all of that was corrected yet. Only one person named Jacob was friendly and helpful.
