We used imprint.com to order some mugs with our business logo. These were meant to be gifts for donors (we are a non-profit) so we needed to get the best price possible. That's how we ended up ordering from imprint.com instead of locally. They sent a proof showing a white mug with our logo nicely displayed on the side. When the actual order arrived the logo was far too small, messy and a little crooked. We can't give them to our donors. It would reflect poorly on us as a company. I complained to imprint.com and they refused to take them back because somewhere in their small print is says that the logo will be that small. Even though the proof showed a much different product. Even though the quality is poor.
Well, shame on me for not taking the time to read all of the small print. I've learned my lesson, but I would never trust imprint.com again.

Placed my order, including a digital proof. The proof went to my spam box so when I discovered it there Imprint.com had already reached out again to ensure I received it. The responded quickly to my follow up questions and concern with timing for receiving. I had a little fear that production and shipping time would take longer than we needed but went much quicker than anticipated. Was pleased with how they turned out. Colors are true to website. Be glad to use this company again.

I placed an order for 200 wristbands, paying for US production and 2 day rush shipping. My order was placed on hold with little communication. A day before I was originally suppose to receive my product, I realized that I had not received shipping confirmation. I contacted the company to find out why. There was a problem with my logo on the product. I was frustrated jay I had not been contacted sooner. The calls that were made in the middle of a work day were automatic and did not leave messages. When I was able to answer the call, there wasn't a voice on the other end.
After speaking to a rep, my order was put on rush and shipped for an additional fee than that I had already paid for. I am disappointed that I still had to pay an extra $17 for a product I paid extra on in the first place.
I received the product a day before my event. The wristbands were perfect and a hit! They glow in the dark wonderfully. The youth size is perfect for little wrists and still are able to comfortably fit an adults wrist.

Great customer service. The image I first inadvertently sent was too low in resolution. I received a nice notice to contact them about it. I am so glad they didn't just go ahead and print it. The final product turned out great once I sent the higher res image.
Ordered plain wristbands. You had them, I bought them. End of story
You guys were great on ease of navigation of your site. Very timely and fair pricing when compared to others. The only thing I was disappointed on was the color of my product. The crimson red came out extremely muted and so that was a real bummer. It doesn't match all of our other paraphernalia and I'm not sure what happened there.
