Wasnt aware that it was digital printed, thought i was getting woven so that may be on me. They look good, but its ribbon material and i want something that will last much longer.
Design was printed well and came out looking like i thought.
Shipping is price gouging though, c'mon, $17 for something that cost literally $4? Thats a crazy expense.
Customer service called me to tell me something was not centered on my design and ask if I wanted it printed exactly as I had submitted or if I wanted it centered. I did want it centered and was grateful they checked with me.
Quick service. Contacted me because they noted I made an error and got it corrected right away. A+

I would suggest allowing customers the ability to purchase multiple colors of the same tote bag without charging an additional set up fee each time. I order 36 bags and would have like to get two different colors but could not afford the additional set-up charges overall. Otherwise service was good and I received my product in a timely manner,
Great website, very easy to understand and fast. Ordered custom mugs and they were completed and shipped really quickly. The client loved them and they were just perfect.

Name tags look good and have very strong magnets. One of them has a defect in the printing (part of a letter is missing), so quality control could be better.

The signs that were ordered looked great when they arrived. The signs arrived in the time period that was indicated when the signs were ordered. The only problem incurred was the confusion created on the customer end when a second order number was provided. It was unclear which order number was to be used in tracking the sign purchase. When I called to ask for clarification the customer service agent provided clarification to the question on the order number but then proceeded to indicate that the signs might not be delivered for up to 3 weeks, instead of the 1 week that was indicated when the signs were ordered. The signs did end up arriving in one week, but the verbal notification from the customer service agent was disconcerting to say the least.
They were quick and reasonably priced.
Great Product
The signs turned out great and were delivered ahead of schedule. I noticed a problem with my own design after submitting and approving the proof and customer service was outstanding in getting it fixed before the signs were printed. I will definitely order from here again!

Phenomenal pricing & great products. However, a couple signs arrived scratched up from transit.
I paid for a rush order, got the order in before the 10am cutoff, but it was still delayed 2 days in production
