Stay Away!

This company will talk you in circles and not deliver a product. They are over double their extended delivery time frame for my order and I still have nothing. I tried to cancel the order when I knew it would not be here in time and they will not honor that either. I have filed complaints and will continue to move forward.

Do not order. Super shady. My order magically was duplicated, then I spent multiple days dealing with "customer service" who had multiple stories. Yes it can be canceled, no it can't be canceled, now we need a $65 fee, now you can pay the fee but it's in production so maybe it won't be canceled, go online and respond to the ticket (no ticket was there). Nope, nope, nope. Shady as all get out. Do not use them.

They are very inconsistent in quality. The color swatches on their website is not even close and they don't care. Ordered a dark blue color mug, even paid for the proof which came in dark blue. Mugs came light blue and they told me that is what I ordered and would not replace. STAY AWAY. They do not support their work or problems.

Dont be fooled!

Cheap prices and seemingly fast turnaround on products seem nice, however, ll of their production times are lies unless you pay the highest price priorty shipping. Customer Service is also trash. They really have no idea what is going on at the production warehouse and when products will be sent out. Order sat for over two weeks with nothing being done. Was told if i upgraded the order they would produce it by deadline. Didnt happen! Called day products were supposed to be delivered and they were not even produced at that time. Customer Service will not let you speak to anyone in management!

Looks Great

We ordered 50 soft foldable koozies with custom (2 side) design and lettering. Everything looks great and we are pleased with ordering process and product. When we became concerned regarding delivery, I spoke with customer service. At first they told me I would have to pay $48 more for a "rush" order but with further discussion they agreed to process and sent order out with no extra charge. I suggest giving them extra lead time for any orders for best peace of mind. I will gladly use them in the future and feel they do an excellent custom designed product.

I ordered parking tags using their website example, but uploaded my logo. Good thing I paid extra for a digital print. When I received the proof, it was NOTHING like the product example and my logo was so small I could barely see it. After being on the phone with customer service for over an hour and the language barrier, they realized they used their affiliate's website "24-hour wristband." Why? I don't know when I ordered from imprint.com. NTL, they tried to make it right and redid he proof, it was not the quality I was expecting from a company that had 4.5 stars. So, I requested a refund. After, telling me it would take 3-5 days, I get a message asking me to be patient, as it will take 10-15 business days. They must think I'm a fool. I am immediately filing a credit card dispute with my bank. I don't know what happened to this company, but they went downhill. So, I warn you, do not use them! There are a lot of other American competitors and the work is much better!

Ordered from 24hourwristbands.com which is actually imprint.com

Website advertises face masks in stock with 5 day production time. Order did not move to production for 3 weeks where it sat "in production" for over 5 days. I called customer service to inform them that I needed the masks specifically for an event being held in 8 days and need the masks to ship ASAP. After speaking to one rep that tried to charge me an extra $263 to expedite then another who tried to charge $365 I asked to speak to a manager where a production manager assured me that the masks would be delivered within 7 days to meet my deadline at no extra cost. The masks still have not shipped and today I received a call asking if I want to expedite the order to arrive in 3 more days for an extra $100. The masks are now useless to me and I am assured that it is impossible to cancel my order.

This company uses Covid as an excuse to delay production and charge extra for "expediting"

I spent $132.00 on wristbands for a family member who passed. The wristbands were poorly made. The names were so faded and the writing was so thin that you couldn't see it. Customer service was no help. They offered a FIVE dollar refund and said the pictures I sent were fine. Never using Imprint again.

What a nightmare. I ordered a graduation banner and paid extra for for a 2 day rush. Going back and forth both verbally and via email was like talking to a wall. After 4 days they agreed to waive the rush fee. I ordered the banner on a Monday, graduation weekend was that weekend. By the following Monday I was beyond frustrated and still no banner so they offered me a $20 discount. It finally arrived on Tuesday. I got my credit card statement and they charged the full amount. I asked for a refund. I got a credit I need to use within 6 months which is worthless to me. They basically refused to refund my credit card despite the FedEx tracking number showing when it arrived. Nothing but frustration and you never talk to the same person twice. Never again.

Buyer Beware!
January 30, 2018

I recently placed an order for my company and the product I received did NOT match the preview I approved. My order was simple... "Onward" across the front of the band covering half of the bracelet (as pictured in my preview). What I got was a microscopic "Onward" that could barely be read inside a decorative box. I immediately called the company and asked them to reprint my bracelets. I was told that they couldn't guarantee they would get it right because the factory was not where customer service was. They asked me to keep the bracelets and they would give me 10% off. I obviously did not agree to that. They refused to refund my money so the bracelets ended up in recycle and my money I guess in the trash. Do NOT buy from this company. The reviews speak for themselves. They do not deliver what they promise and their quality is poor.

Still waiting!

I placed an order on May 1. Designing the one sign was easy. I was suppose to receive it May 14th. Oh, wait... that was only an estimate according to customer service. It is May 27, spoke to customer service, they can't tell me anything except it is in production. So, it hasn't even been sent out. My daughter graduates college and that sign was to make things a little brighter. Unfortunately, I placed an order for an additional 4 signs for other graduating seniors' families May 13th, expecting I would receive the order when promised. Still waiting to hear from someone that can tell me what is happening.

When I ordered my yard signs, I was given date options. I picked the date I wanted and here we a week later. No signs. No idea where my signs are. No help from customer service. I've called numerous times asking for an update or a manager call. I get replies in their ticketing system at 1:30am. No calls. No updates. They keep telling me it's takes 2-3 weeks. It's been 3 weeks and my order is still in production and their estimated date of delivery is way off. At this point I want my money back so I can buy from another company and I can't even get that. I'm telling you do not order from this company!

I ordered custom water bottles and 30 of the 50 showed up messed up and smeared! I was told it was a shipping issue.The logo is smeared and coming off. There is ink smears on the bask and sides of the bottles. I have been trying for over a week to resolve this issue and the best I have gotten is, 15% off my order! I requested to pay for just bottles that were in good condition. I was told that they are promotional items and they will have minor defects. Smeared logos and ink on the sides of the bottles are not "minor" defects. I have requested to speak with a supervisor on multiple occasions and was told that there wasn't one available to talk to. Once a supervisor finally called me, he was no help and told me I needed to email my concerns. Buyers beware! I will NEVER order with this company again!

I have placed my order 2 months ago and I still have not received my order. I called to check on it and they keep saying they can't tell me about my order or how long it will take unless I pay extra for rush. When I first place my order they gave me an estimate date of 14-21 days. Now that they charged me for it, they said they can't cancel it because it's in production but they also can't tell me how much longer it will be. Horrible customer service. I was really hoping I would like this company for my business since it had good reviews but I don't believe in these reviews anymore. Disappointed.

Delivery sucks!

Do not go by the delivery date they say your product should arrive by. My product was to be delivered 1 week prior to an event. When it did not arrive I contacted them and was told my job wasn't even slated to be printed yet. Then when I instructed them to cancel the order they changed their tune and said it was already in process and said there would be a cancellation fee.

I have been hung up on multiple times. Placed an order on 4/23 and paid for rush processing and was told delivery date of 4/29. Still don't have the 63 signs I ordered. Every time I call I get to talk to another customer service rep who don't have any clue as to what is going on. I ask to talk to someone who does know what is going on and I'm told they have to put in a ticket and a manager will call me back. It's 5/14 and I still don't have my signs and they won't allow me to cancel my order because the order is in production. I have called every day since 4/26 and I have been told that it is in production. I ordered 63 signs, they are either printing 1 sign a day or I have no clue as to why a simple sign has been in production 19 days. I paid for rush processing, there is NOTHING rush about anything they have done. I wish that I could give a ZERO star review. If you are thinking about using this company I would RUN as far as you can to a different printer.

I place my order with 14 day production. After three weeks I contacted customer service to check on the status. They said it would be 2-3 more weeks, I was annoyed but I do understand that with the current virus situation delays were inevitable. I waited 3 more weeks and contacted again, to check the status. They couldn't give me an answer as to what stage of production my order was in, they just said I'd need to wait a couple more weeks. At this point I don't even need my items anymore. I asked to cancel and they said that they were cancelling my order and would not be issuing me a refund. What kind of business is this?! How in the world do they have 5 stars? I am beginning to think they pay for the good reviews, their customer service is abysmal. DON'T make the mistake I did. Take your money elsewhere before you are scammed like me.

ABSOLUTE WORST

Do not use this company! I purchased coasters through them and the quality was so poor and blurry, it was not usable. When I reached out to them they said, since it had been over 7 days since receiving the item, they wouldn't do a thing. I've been in the design industry for over 20 years and never experienced a vendor like this. They clearly do not stand behind their products.

So the product it fantastic. The reason I didn't give 5 stars was the issue with communication. They sent email to approve proof and it went to spam (apparently that happens with gmail). They called but I was out of the country with phone off and they didn't leave a message. Ultimately by the time I called to check on the order, I had to pay more for it to be shipped in time for my event. BUt i did receive it and it was just what I wanted.
