I approved one image and got another. Product was useless. Company doesn't stand behind product and refused a refund. Did give "courtesy" credit of a whole $8. Less than $100 order and they have lost me and whoever will listen about experience as a customer.
Website difficult to use when designing item. Glitchy and hard to scroll and choose different functions without having to adjust page view repeatedly
Super Easy and Quick!
Love the product and came in a timely manner
I purchased 100 yard signs with an add-on of 100 metal sign stands (.79 each). The signs arrived, but no metal stands. There was no indication from Imprint that the order wasn't shipped complete. When I contact them, they made me open a support ticket and submit photos of what I had received. Their response was that the metal stands were backordered, with no estimate as to when they'd arrive, and that I can either wait or receive a refund. I had paid almost $100 for shipping and the metal stands weighed much more than the signs. I needed the stands ASAP, so I purchased them from another vendor instead. I asked Imprint to refund the cost of the stands PLUS 50% of the shipping costs. In response they offered to refund only 5%! I refused and said if they did not refund the cost of the stands plus 50% of the shipping costs, I would dispute the charge with my credit card. Miracle of miracles, they suddenly had the metal stands in stock and shipped them out to me. But the problem is I'd already purchased them from another vendor! So now I have to pay shipping costs to return the metal stands. They've offered to refund me $20 as compensation, but it's been over a week and I haven't seen that refund.
These people are unbelievable. We placed an order for lanyards - as shown in a photo, we choose the date we needed them (expecting they would be there around that time... which is reasonable, right?) - they never even got back to us to say they were delayed, we emailed them when we hadn't heard much and they finally confessed the order was delayed. When we asked for a refund (the lanyards are now slated to arrive way past our event), they basically said no, it's not their fault, there is a Chinese holiday and somehow we were supposed to know that? The back and forth is frustrating, they refuse to take responsibility and there is no easy way to contact a real person. They force you to use the ticketing system instead of being able to just call and handle over the phone. The phone people are probably the most useless.
We were disappointed that the printing on the wristbands is barely visible.
So far, so good. Now to wait on Quality :)
The proofing process is flawed and it was not clear what I was going to get and how it was going to be laid out AND the delivery was late by 5 days

However when I called everyone answer all my questions and they did the extra step I dint notice the mistake till I received the order

Ordered koozies for part of my wedding favor and they arrived exactly as they looked in the design tool when I created them. I was a little nervous because I uploaded a graphic to use, and added some type on top of the graphic, but they came out perfect. Would order from imprint again.

The website for design was very simple. However, the white lettering against the blue color I chose is hard to read in person. Online, the sample looked great.
