Like many of the other reviewers on this site, I was surprised to get a call from "First Class TVs" (based on the Caller ID) informing me that I would need to pay $140 in freight insurance to ship the TV. I immediately cancelled my order, as there are many other sites offering a similar price on the TV I wanted that do not charge for the freight insurance. Wish I would have read these reviews before I placed the order!
This website tried to mislead me with a lower price for a Samsung QN85QN90AA 85 Inch Neo QLED 4K Smart TV and called the next to request payment for shipping insurance (an extra $300) that is not mentioned anywhere on the website. I had read of other websites doing this, and when I told the person who called that I wanted to cancel for this reason, he laughed and tried to play it off as if it was my fault. I wouldn't be surprised if the positive ratings for this website are fake. Buyer beware.

They do appear to have valid stock, but can't seem to check out on line (shopping art and payment will never process). Calling them up, I figured out why. They advertise free shipping online, but when you finally call to place an order, you have to pay "shipping insurance" which is essentially the same or more than other sites charge for shipping. So no real savings, and a little bit of a bait and switch to advertise free shipping. It's not free.

The shopping and purchasing was easy. The shipping was a complete disaster. Changes in the schedule, taking the TV back and forth from Iowa, poor communication by the shipper, then they showed up, walked through the snow, left their shoes on and traipsed all over the carpet with their dirty and wet shoes.

The package arrived within the estimated delivery time frame. Delivery guys opened the tv box to check it was not damaged, turned it on and everything worked flawlessly. Great experience and love my new TV.

Ielectra was great to work with. Answered all my pre-sale questions. Delivery went smoothly. Price included unboxing and powering up the TV. The Q90R on the other hand has issues. HDMI disconnects, have already had a service call and need another.

The purchase was the easy part; the delivery was a little complicated. But then again, it's a large & heavy item and it was around the holidays, so I'll cut the trucking company some slack. Their delivery crew was very good though, and I've been enjoying my new TV a LOT:-)

Answer: Yes. I just received my TV last week. It comes with a factory warranty from Samsung. It is brand new. Not B stock. Not open box. Not refurbished. The warranty checks out with Samsung registration as a genuine, valid Samsung warranty. You can register it online, like any other retail product.

Answer: TERRIBLE! I received this email, after paying $150.00 for a 5 yr inhome repair. My TV is ONLY 1.5 yrs old. I'M DONE WITH THEM! They first ask for images of your TV screen to view and decide if its worthy of a repair, next you'll receive one of these BS emails! Hope all is well. We are having trouble locating an alternate service provider within your area that can service televisions. In this type of circumstance, we will need you to hire a service center directly and obtain an estimate of repairs. The pre-approved amount for a service call is $100.00 which you will be fully reimbursed for upon submitting a paid invoice.
