Hello my name is STEVE. My delivery experience was mediocre nothing special there. Shopping with the company was fine eBay when you're going to get it. But pretty much downhill from there do you have a sales associate from the exit if you want to update your service for a mere $99. I said no thank you but of course she persisted finally I told him I had my own insurance and I could handle the TV myself. Of course then he said my insurance sucks compared to what he has, good sales technique but still. So finally he gets the picture but he also wants me that when the delivery comes if there's any issue with TV at all damages that they will leave the TV they're in the process will take a long time to ship another TV out. I thought about it further and I want to head and took the risk. So I waited for my delivery come of course it went past today to pick delivered and what's the delivery was made I looked at TV over and it looks fine. Of course the problem is always Wednesday leaving notice of the things like the back panel looser than it should be. Now because the delivery took a longer time to get here and of course the customer service guy said it to be a longer time to get the TV back because of issues I just sit out just deal with it and just warn other consumers about this issue. They first ask for images of your TV screen to view and decide if its worthy of a repair, next you'll receive one of these BS emails! Hope all is well. We are having trouble locating an alternate service provider within your area that can service televisions. In this type of circumstance, we will need you to hire a service center directly and obtain an estimate of repairs. The pre-approved amount for a service call is $100.00 which you will be fully reimbursed for upon submitting a paid invoice.
