I ordered a 65" OLED LG TV from iElectrica off of NewEgg Marketplace. I was mildly concerned after reading many reviews about extended times for receiving and poor customer service. I didn't experience either. I ordered on a Monday and received on a Friday with good notice, arrived within the delivery window, unboxed and powered on the set prior to leaving. Even afterwards, when I suspected a defective TV due to what was later determined to be defective wiring, they stated they would replace the TV if determined to be the issue. Went from worrying about who I ordered from to worrying about cables. A nice transition. I would recommend this seller.

I found a great deal on a new (2018) television. It took longer than expected to arrive and the shipping company that was used didn't provided the complete "white glove delivery" service that was paid for. Not really the fault of ielectrica. However, the tv is beautiful and works great.
It took 14 days from placing the order to receiving the product. Way too long. Your site said it would be between 5-8 days.

Before I made my order I called the company to make sure they do have the TV I want. I ordered the same TV online with another company and even though it showed that it was in stock at the time of my order, I did not hear back from the company. When I called that company, nobody answered. With ielectrica.com, the experience was totally different. I emailed ielectrica.com first, and received a response almost right away to inform me that they do have the TV I wanted. When I called, I was able to talk to a person to confirm the availability of the TV. Also I got the code for adding 5-year warranty to my purchase. So overall it is a very good experience.

Answer: Yes. I just received my TV last week. It comes with a factory warranty from Samsung. It is brand new. Not B stock. Not open box. Not refurbished. The warranty checks out with Samsung registration as a genuine, valid Samsung warranty. You can register it online, like any other retail product.

Answer: TERRIBLE! I received this email, after paying $150.00 for a 5 yr inhome repair. My TV is ONLY 1.5 yrs old. I'M DONE WITH THEM! They first ask for images of your TV screen to view and decide if its worthy of a repair, next you'll receive one of these BS emails! Hope all is well. We are having trouble locating an alternate service provider within your area that can service televisions. In this type of circumstance, we will need you to hire a service center directly and obtain an estimate of repairs. The pre-approved amount for a service call is $100.00 which you will be fully reimbursed for upon submitting a paid invoice.
