I purchase many of the items on Ibotta so it is a no brainer to join and get money back for your purchases. It adds up and before you realize, you are collecting a few hundred dollars.
Had issues with my app on my phone and a coupon that was not attaching to a purchase not exactly sure what was going on with it but after a couple of correspondence, Richie helped me figure out what was going on and added the coupon to my purchase, I appreciate all the help and I absolutely love the quick turnaround and responses that I bought a gives.

Had a problem with Walmart cashback I believe was due to gift card used as payment method and not credit card in my Walmart wallet. The employee was understanding and gave me the credit as a courtesy :)

Since the Hannaford loyalty account link no longer works you have to manually submit your receipt. I realize this makes things more difficult for the Ibotta team but I am getting a little tired of constantly reaching out to not get an answer. In all the years I've been with Ibotta I have never had so many issues. I'm assuming most of it is due to the fact that the Hannaford loyalty account is no longer linked or whatever the problem is and we now have to manually submit the receipts. I was missing $1.75 cash back and now we're up to $6.25. In this day and age that's a lot of money. No responses from Ibotta except the automatically generated response saying due to the number on inquiries we will get back to you in 2 days.its now been (issue 1) a month, (issue 2) a week and a half and finally (issue 3) 3 days for the final issue. What do I have to do to get resolution?! From a loyal customer who has given many positive reviews I'm not feeling very positive anymore.
I had a positive experience, every time I contact customer service I get a solution for whatever problem I have. I'm very happy and grateful for having this app it has helped though tough times.
Finally got my issue fixed logging into my account. The email I was using was full and could not verify my account until I had cleaned my inbox. I'm glad the tech team continued to try to help me out with my issue.
I got money back and everything I was shopping for is sort of great. I'm this one thing you can use and use. I'm just gonna put 20 bucks in my bank account now. It's gonna be great
This app is great. If I forget to add an item with cash back I'll get a notification about it and still able to add the item. This is a great feature that helps saves money on stuff you buy anyway.
My cash back from Dollar General was missing so I sent in my receipt and it was added quickly. I love using this app because it is an easy way to earn cash back for the items that I buy anyway
Ibotta is so far the best rebates app after my 5th year of usin every time. Increase the best deals and never desapoint on the list just simple products that we use daily and now we get cash back if ypu have not download is time. Losts of info on how to use. Dont forget to use my code pffdvfq

I have been a couponer since I was a kid and my mom taught me how. Back then it was all paper and then digital coupons came along. But just like forgetting my paper coupons on the kitchen counter, sometimes with store digital coupon apps, I didn't remember to load them before checkout. That is one advantage of Ibotta. I can check the app to see if what I bought has an offer:-)
The one frustration I have with Ibotta is their offers don't have a listed expiration date and frequently there is no "warning" that an offer is getting ready to expire. It has happened to me a couple times and it is very frustrating... there one minute and gone the next:-( I've also had a few other minor issues with the logistics of the app and almost never get the desktop site to work, but every time I have reached out to customer service they have been quick to respond and accommodating my requests. It is frustrating to have to take that extra step but kind and understanding customer service goes a long way, IMO
My experience was that I purchased a products sent in my receipt to Ibotta, but I did not get my payout. Your team came in quickly, fix the problem, I got my pay out. I'm very happy.
I contacted customer service because I had a problem with getting credit for a claimed offer. The issue was resolved quickly to my satisfaction. I highly recommend using Ibotta!
