Best because it was my mistake that I didnt read the detail before applying for the cadh back. However the customer sevice (Cherie) gave me the cash back. I love this app becuase its easy to use.
I was missing a rebate of $2.50 on a dozen eggs, any brand. After contacting the Ibotta care team, within a few days my rebate was added to my account. They were very helpful, keeping me informed of the status of my claim until it was resolved.

It seems over the past few months there aren't as many popular products that are available for redemption. There are plenty of upscale products, but not many of what the typical grocery shopper would purchase
It's too hard to get a pic of the receipt with the green lines. Ugh. Can you do something about that. I'm sure I'm not the only one who has this issue

I love ibotta! It's so easy to use. And when there is missed or overlooked cash back. They are fast and explain to resolve the issue.
I had a percentage back offer for tickets I bought through Gametime on the ibotta app. Initially, I was given the incorrect amount. I contacted support and they made the adjustments in a timely manner.
So I bought a husband missing quite a few items lately and I have to fix the receipt but they missed the any dog food I bought the other day even though I scanned it in the store and it said it was a match.
So I had to fix my receipt because they also miscounted my cracker Barrel cheese that I bought five off and they only credited me for three so that got fixed.
But the dog food got fixed "manually"
(which I'm not even sure what that means because they missed it completely and I had to write them about it?)
Anyways they credited me the 10 cents but the reason I bought it is to count towards my bonus
( it was the last item I needed)
but they sent me an email that if it gets fixed manually it doesn't count towards your bonus!
They also sent me a link to leave a review here which I'm not even sure what that does cuz it looks like it's run by Ibotta but I have never heard of sidejabber.
I'm just very disappointed with the whole thing and afraid to do any more bonuses now if I'm not sure things can be counted even after you contact them. 🙁

I never had an issue with submitting my receipts for my rebates. Everything always turned out all right.
After scanning my second item the app went down before I could send my receipt so I missed out on 4.50. My receipt shows the date and time of purchase. I made two purchases but got paid for only one

If I don't acknowledge it, I wouldn't receive all my cash back. I had to peril orders. One was $ 6.00 and the other one $ 8.00, but one of them I didn't receive
Answer: Absolutely so true! I earned up just over $100 and when I went to cash out they said I was fraudulent YET I HAVE EVERY RECEIPT and all submissions were valid. It took me months to get to this amount. Hmmmmm Class action anyone?

Answer: I tried to withdraw money for the first time and it said my account was locked because of multiple attempts which was not true.! I sent 5 requests for help in a week and they finally responded by deactivating my account and keeping the 360.00 that took me months to accumulate. They claim I tampered with a date on a receipt and I just crossed off the account number. So they can keep my money that is mine. How can I get my money back?

Answer: Go to your $amount and cash out and it will say bank or gift card.
Answer: Why don't any product receipts add extra bonus for us?
Answer: You have to email the morons that run their customer support at least 3 times before you'll get the proper amount credited to your account.
